You need a heavy duty case. My friend bought a similar case for it and accidentally dropped it. The screen cracked in half. If you wanna keep it trully safe get a UAG or a Zugu case for it. They are expensive but so worth it. I have mine on the UAG have dropped the ipad 3 times now and it's still perfectly safe
