I love these RUclipsr races that you guys do. You don’t really see a whole lot of other youtube channels get together and do stuff like that. Keep up the good videos.
I think along with the popalongs, Vinny was the only one who know quite well how to drive touring cars on track. Its a bit of a surprise to most, that less steering is more speed, as you could see most youtubers who havent raced touring cars ever, thought MORE steering was good, instead they traction roll and throw driveshafts. 😆
7th to 4th in the last couple of laps in the final! I didn’t realise I was so far down the field so close to the end of the race 😅. Was an awesome days racing
We love Noah's mom! 😊 Kev you need to have her as a guest on your videos more often. You also need a shirt saying " We love Noah's mom" if she approves. Lol 😅
Hey Kev! A great trick I like to use to make excess wiring tidy and look cool, is to coil them around a thin rod or screwdriver. Then just remove the screwdriver and it's now a tight pigtail. No more wires flopping around and no need for zip ties. In our tt02 spec class here in Hawaii we are allowed to add front CVD shafts because the stock dog bones pop out way too easily. everybody was complaining that they weren't having fun because after that they are stuck with 2wd.
I love the simplicity of the TT02 . I’ll be doing a build series on my channel this summer. Maybe even some spec racing ! Keep the great videos coming !
It appeared all of you had a lot fun. Vinnie drove exceptionally well. It's too bad your servo failed. The TT02 class is becoming more popular in the U.S. because of the cost of r/c cars today. I enjoyed the video.
In our tt02 spec class here in Hawaii we are allowed to add front CVD shafts because the stock dog bones pop out way too easily. everybody was complaining that they weren't having fun because after a fairly light wall tap, they are stuck with 2wd. You should suggest to the moderator of the race that cvds should be allowed
Im running a 10BL120 120amp esc and 6.5t brushless setup on 3s and it has only happened to me once with stock dogbone set up. I then fitted yeah racing dog bone setup and works great
Kev I just want to say you're such an inspiration to so many people. I found your channel just recently after buying a cheap hobby grade car and your personality and the way you approach challenges is so refreshing. It's been helpful watching you take your toys out and just rip around without a care in the world who might see you or what they might say. Thank you Kev. I hope I get to meet you one day.
There are a few tricks that you can do to make it faster without any upgrades Clean the bearings grease out, don't run the shields on the inside of the hubs. There is no way to get dirt inside so they arent required Use grease to fill the diffs plus more
They're great cars to start racing and as you say nothing cheaper. They need a few mods though, best mods are Kimbrough servo saver, bearing kit and front CVD's
The build gave me some memories, although not so distant because I had built my own TT-02 buggy variant, with the only difference being wiser arms and longer suspension.
When I was a kid there was an indoor dirt arena like a motor cross track that was just for RC and man it was hard! Takes a lot more skill than I ever thought to race RC’s on a circuit
My two sons and I built these chassis. Yes our first parking lot race, parts were falling off like crazy. If I were to build them again, I would stock up on a few gallons of lock-tite. I still prefer my TA TC3. Runs like a champ still. Great video.
Here’s my comment Kevin; 💥 BOOM💥 Love your videos and how you show up in the comments of Whistlindiesel, Cleetus and other creators channels. Love your enthusiasm style buddy. Keep up the awesome content.
you are my RC hero for me and my 5 year old kid. Sure wish my boy could meet you one day for some "footage" . Always looking forward to your videos for more knowledge. Also looking forward to more raffles. One day we may get lucky here in the US.
For the next RUclipsr race, you guys should take a road or rally car from HSP/Redcat/Exceed, way over power it, and see who can make it last the longest. Most laps wins.
Kevin there's loads of upgrades for theses cars pretty cheap on Amazon, I spent all winter upgrading almost every part to anodized blue aluminum and stainless skidplate, built it into a solid 4wd drift car, tons of adjustments, steering, suspension, driveline, diff lock, some are tamiya parts, some chinese, handles 3s power, all parts fit quite good considering low prices, anyway good luck in your move! John
Put a firm backing behind the body when you are cutting it. The way you were holding it gave you very little control of the knife, especially when you moved away from your holding hand, which is what gave you the backing for for the beginning of the cut.
Yo kev! Next time pull the bearing seals and clean the bearings out real well and use light oil. Free spinning drivetrain is like free hp and not even a cheat! Lol😂 Loved the vid man, absolutely perfect!
what I hate the most is that almost all Tamiya's RC KIT products contain plastic differential bevels except some 'pro' or 'srx' versions. But anyway, Tamiya is a company that loves to make innovative designs like BB-01, etc Hope you have a nice time Kevin!
Nice, i recently got the same body for the TT-02! I love that platform, despite it beeing almost toy grade. The body came out fine btw, its in my community posts! But the wheelbase of this Porsche (and every other Porsche of Tamiya) is 251! So i cant put it on my TA08 :(. Gonna fix a second tt-02 with the correct wheelbase, since i dont feel like switching wheelmounts it everytime i wanna switch bodies!
I for one don’t think your making excuses, you have some of the best radio controller skills I’ve seen on RUclips. Servo issues wouldn’t stand in any other competition, in general you took it in stride. Hopefully you upgrade it b4 you give it away lol

Kevin could you please let me know where I could buy full-size “Game Over” decals for my 2006 Pontiac GTO with 750 hp. I would be forever grateful.
I saw the raffal before the video was even out lol
This was awesome lots of fun to watch put my tickets in for the raffle it would be a proper trophy car haha
I been watching u for years now. I got my first Rc last Christmas. I’m slow building my collection. Do u still have that eBay class?
WOW!! 🎶NOAH'S MOM HAS GOT IT GOIN' ON!!🎶😳😍🥰
Noah’s mom for the win! Great video kev
I love these RUclipsr races that you guys do. You don’t really see a whole lot of other youtube channels get together and do stuff like that. Keep up the good videos.
Came for gt3, stayed for noah's mom 😊
VINNY is a perfect example. Dedication and hard work will get you the W

Oh my... Hello Noah's Mum 👍🏼. Very nice 💕
7th to 4th in the last couple of laps in the final! I didn’t realise I was so far down the field so close to the end of the race 😅. Was an awesome days racing

Yes more of Noah’s mum❤
👎🏻
Get a life mush 😂
A wonder if kev has took noahs mum for a spin in his lambo lol 😆

No worries man! I’ve seen you drive and you got an edge on all of them. Xmaxx + skatepark = insanity.
Kevin was in destruction derby mode while everybody else was racing!!
😂
😂😂
Noah’s mother is lovely! 🤩
To keep your lines straight using a knife to cut out the shell put some masking tape along the line so it gives you a straight edge it helps loads.
Cool :) We definitely appreciate the screentime of Noah's Mom in this video. I will hate the time when Noah will have his license and car :D
Noah’s mum is 🔥
I love the simplicity of the TT02 . I’ll be doing a build series on my channel this summer. Maybe even some spec racing ! Keep the great videos coming !
That Porsche GT3RS RC car is cool and those racing videos are fun to watch
Whooo epic racing! Had such an awesome morning! 😀
I say hats off too anybody who can handle that weird beep going on, in the background at the race day. They're the real winners😅😅😅
Noah’s mom has got it goin on! 🎶
Love these vids! I especially like the time that you took to talk to each of the channels
It appeared all of you had a lot fun. Vinnie drove exceptionally well. It's too bad your servo failed. The TT02 class is becoming more popular in the U.S. because of the cost of r/c cars today. I enjoyed the video.
blooming eck , that red is blinding 😁 🤣
I love Tamiya Cup racing!. My biggest problem I had with my tt02 were the dog bones falling out repeatedly.
In our tt02 spec class here in Hawaii we are allowed to add front CVD shafts because the stock dog bones pop out way too easily. everybody was complaining that they weren't having fun because after a fairly light wall tap, they are stuck with 2wd. Man...that sure looked like a whole lotta fun ! Vinny the dominator !
TT02s are great fun and can be wickedly fast.
Definitely need more of Noah's mum in the vids. Makes a nice change from your mug 🤣
Way back I. The day we ran TL01s as the spec class… was so much fun to race. The TT02 spec class is growing more and more
On 3s that thing was nuts!! So fast!
Oh damn, Noah's mum ;P Go on Kev! Get it
Congrats Your Monster Truck is on the Official Santa Pod Poster for the MT Show in August 👍

duckbill napping shears for carpet They’re about the best scissors that I know of
I've been using dremels to cut my bodyshells, and they work perfectly every single time 🤣🤣
I had a little bit of an advantage: pro set up car, pro car on a track you raced at many times. LOL
Noah's mom has got it going on!
Whoa, you really torqued down those bolts. Good video.
I've just seen Mat Armstrong complete a rebuild on a real one of these. You guys should do a collab
honestly i love tt02's and tt01e kit's they're very fun to build and they're good onroad cars
The ripping method always worked good for me. On my first and second try no problems.
This is amazing how you do this with your friend it's amazing👍 but that's just the right one
It's awesome that you have anything that you will know about it and great job that makes you feel good about yourself
Cool rc, nice race meet 👍👍
Sunday morning racing in Milton sounds great!

Now that looked like a lot of fun Kev. I love seeing all you youtubers get together. It’s pretty special. Shame about the steering issue.

Love these battles. Can you guys do a 1/5 scale or bigger rc demolition derby. That would be awesome
Can't believe Vinnie dropped fire merch and didn't tell anyone.
Looks like a fun class
When I was a kid there was an indoor dirt arena like a motor cross track that was just for RC and man it was hard! Takes a lot more skill than I ever thought to race RC’s on a circuit
your videos never disappoint - keep up the good work 😃👍🔥
Kev i rele like your video i started making rc car because of you
My two sons and I built these chassis. Yes our first parking lot race, parts were falling off like crazy. If I were to build them again, I would stock up on a few gallons of lock-tite. I still prefer my TA TC3. Runs like a champ still. Great video.
Not gonne lie....Noah's mom is a 10/10🔥👌

Love from India 🇮🇳 ♥ ❤
When trimming lexan bodies, use a SHARP knife and a steel STRAIGHTEDGE for straight lines, and use a Dremel with a sanding drum for curves.
Great job Kev, look forward to more 🎉😮
Don’t know about anyone else but I’ve always found that tamiya is just an expensive toy grade kit with hobby grade components
Reminds me of my old asso. Tc3. Even sounds like it! Lol. Loved mine! ☺️
Noah's Mum: HELLLO there! wink wink

Good to see TomleyRC (aka Ralphie) there!!
That's what I am waiting for! 👍💪
Noahs mum smiling her face off knowing shes a godess in a room full of nerds lmao l....shes a stunner ill admit
You can flip the upper control arms at the front and give it caster. Just cut a bit of plastic from the front bulkhead
So good! Would love to see you guys race again!
