Note, APRS honors the Interval timer:
PTT A beacon will be send when releasing the PTT key, honoring the Interval timer (e.g, Initial set to 1min, Decay set to Off: the interval between two beacons can't be less than one minute).

If you want to use the fixed location you defined in APRS you have to tick the box.

You don't need to turn off the power supply for DFU mode if you already are running OpenGD77, only needed when moving to OpenGD77 from factory firmware.
