It’ll only be a 2-3 inch difference because he took the measurement with a leveling kit on it already. Would probably be a 5 inch gain if he stacked the level on the new springs
Clean truck brotha! Mine is pretty rust free , had to weld in all new patch panels all the way around, looks great now. I put a 5 inch BDS lift on it also with 36x15.50 MT Baja MTZ on it..
Nice job it looks great I have a 6 inch lift in my truck, The ride is brutal, you don’t happen to know the spring rate of those that you just put in and how did she ride compared to the stock front springs.
Ugh I'm watching this so I can understand lift kits, so I can undo a lift kit on a truck I bought. And as the video goes on, I'm seeing how much work I need to do. Now I'm wishing I had kept looking and found a non lifted truck.
my cam bolts came out no problem . its too tall for toolboxes that is what i deal with im going to extend my nerf bars back like an old school stepside
I've got an 01. If I wanted a 2-3 inch lift, would I need to replace all the parts you did or just the struts? By the way, that's a good lookin truck. I love the silver.
looks good bro, im trying to find the right setup to lift the front of my 2000 2wd 1500 sport i have been told that the 3" lift springs for a 3rd gen will work in the 2nd gens 2wd. and most websites that offer the lift spacers say they are for 94-2018 so does that mean all the springs are the same shape /diameter if thats the case then i should be able to run a 2002 2wd 3 inch lift in the front of the 2wd 2nd gen right? just asking because i get some mixed up answer from the suppliers
A nother awesome videos on your channel Mark Decola u really are doing a such amazing job on your channel u an awesome RUclipsr keep making awesome videos on your truck build say safe and healthy with your family i hope this will get better soon so we can all get back to normal life soon 😀

Dodge Off Road rear shackle flip kit is what I want to do on mine.
Awesome! Keep the videos of the 2nd Gen Dodge Ram Cummins going.
It’s always nice when you have the right tools for sure. another great video 👍👍
Interested to see the final measurements from tire to fender… actual lift height… awesome content though… 👍🏻
Me too

Thats awesome! The Send Genlooks beautiful! 😍 I drove past you once and that was so pretty!
That's the way I like my trucks lifted up level front and rear. 😄

Love the build keep them coming. Leather seat recovering would be awesome.
Same I do full lift only and that’s called Cali lean, Carolina squat, Tennessee tilt, etc but we don’t do that round here
It happens in "urban areas" everywhere on north America... Out on the country nobody does that crap! 😆
Soak everything with PB Blaster etc!
These really are great videos man keep it up 🤙
Nice. I fit 37x12.50x17 on my second gen with a level kit
Correct me if I’m wrong but those cams on the lower control arms will adjust your caster angle for the wheel alignment?
Yes they are for caster angle. The alignment. Nothing to do with pinion angle. They should not be adjusted for pinion angle.

looks sweet share the link on the lift kit you bought thx

Got a great SHOP FOR WORKING ON YOUR 2 ND GEN CUMMINS 👍👍👍
Where can you buy the kit
Where did you order that lyft kit?
my cam bolts came out no problem . its too tall for toolboxes that is what i deal with im going to extend my nerf bars back like an old school stepside
Overall cost for the 2nd gen Cummins?
What headlights are in the 2nd Gen? Thanks.
WHATS THE NAME OF THE LIFT AND WHERE CAN I GET IT
you never showed the measurements of the after. It looks like the front is higher than the rear
Look up videos where the cutting disc breaks and gets stuck in someone’s face. Shield is worth wearing.
I've got an 01. If I wanted a 2-3 inch lift, would I need to replace all the parts you did or just the struts? By the way, that's a good lookin truck. I love the silver.
What kinda tires are those? Can you give the dimensions?
It looks to already have a leveling kit on it in the beginning of the video
If you was to listen to him he did this wasn't a leveling kit install video this was just a lift kit install
I might buy this but can you tell me what size tires are in that???
No pavement princess rims! Get you some black steelies and she will be looking good
where are the headlights from
Are those the hid factory headlights?
What window tint percentage did you get on your 2nd gen ram diesel?
Squirt of ATF might've worked. detergents in ATF literally eats rust away ...
so what lift is it? 3,4? 5? Great video !
It’s a 5” lift. I have the same one on my truck. It’s a great option at a great price.
what size are the tires

How much would you charge for installation on something like this
Those rear blocks look like they are too small compared to the u bolts
hello where can i buy that lift kit?
where did the disk breaks on the rear come from, i want to do it on my 01 ram
The 01 was the first year option for rear disc brakes. My 01 also has disc brakes.
Did you have all of the parts powder coated?
What is the brand and model of that vice?

Perfect
Is this a 4 inch lift?
What headlights are those or are they custom?
Found the video. Told my self I’d sub if you had the video and you did
So the final lift hight oh never mind not important my tape doesn't go that far lol would have been nice to know looks good though
Did you have to compress springs for installation
Not if everything is hooked up right , and the axel hanging at its lowest point with all the other stuff correctly installed
Whats with truck guys and them picking the worst colors/ugliest aftermarket parts? Is the goal to make it look worse or am I missing something?
IVE SEEN ONE OF THOSE GRINDING WHEELS BREAK APART......... AND GET lodged in the Helmut of the person grinding!!!!
For reals!
Just cut the control arms with a sawza or a grinder then coil comes out bruh.
How's this sound if 2nd gen cummins needs a new bumper with bracket. We need a 4th gen bumper on the 2nd gen.
Fuck no that's so stupid the bumper is too wide
Let us know how it rides.
Wanting to lift my truck, ride quality is a concern but I can’t drop the cash on Carli or Thuren.
It's a cheap lift that rides like a brick shithouse. You get what you pay for.
@@beep_beep_beep
Lol.
I went Carli all the way😂
obviously ya don't run that truck in the winter there she's rust free , I got the same truck and live in the salt belt and never drove it in the winter same colour , bought er new in 02
I have a 96 5speed cummins ext cab long box that I bought new and never drove in salt it still looks new.
Nah bro, squatted truck owners deserve the hate, kinda weird I haven’t seen any since pride month tho 🤔
Where to order I really need to make a RUclips because these videos with information is bad
The squat or fag lift is what I call it😂
Rought country is no better
Luke 21,36 KJV
Hey NorCal doesn’t do that gay ass lean shit that’s east coast crap we just run wide ass wheels and tires lol
First!
You only have 2 eyes! Protection is never funny!
Anyone else notice that them blocks are incorrect for that truck?
