    I'm so impressed by how structured and organised you are, I've been selling on depop for 3 years and still end up with massive death piles and no idea what to do with them lol

    blimey . what it is to be young. [ i`m a sad old 60 year old ]. you have so much energy. you could do with 36 hours in a day so you can fit everything in. you work so damn hard . you deserve great success.thanks for your posts. i am learning so much from them and from the videos of some of your fellow you tube resellers.i have been a full time dealer in old postcards , photos and ephemera for nearly twenty years and have worked some long days in the past but age catches up with us all and i have had to slow down somewhat.i am inspired by some of you young depop and ebay resellers and still feel i have a few years left in me yet.

    Nice video! eBay sales have dipped massively over the past few months, something to do with them changing the algorithm, have you noticed any dips of Depop?

    I still cant believe how long it took for you to be reimbursed for your dodgy bale - I had a shocker in my last delivery and got a full refund the next day. I hope you are not finding your latest mammoth delivery too hard going (I feel your pain lol), and that your oversized bales are awesome :) I have to admit that those are my favourite to buy, outwith the premium ones. Keep up the good work!

    • @CLASICOP
      @CLASICOP  2 года назад +1

      Glad you managed to get a refund!! I had a nightmare because I travelled down to Manchester from my house in Scotland yesterday, and the moment I left the house to go to the train station the delivery decided to show up. So I’ve had to get someone to unload it for me! I’ll be opening it as soon as I’m back on Monday hahahaha

      @@CLASICOP Yeah, its almost like they knew it was a bale of scrap they sent and were hoping I wouldnt say anything lol! As for the delivery, oh, you lucky guy lol! My husband took one look at the truck, saw the 2 pallets and promptly retreated to the living room.... leaving me to it lol! I did say that you can get deliveries of that size in Scotland, and Im super delighted that you have gone for it :)

    Do you sell mainly on depop because you sell a certain niche of clothing? Also sick video mate, a whats sold video would be cool

    • @CLASICOP
      @CLASICOP  2 года назад

      Thanks for the support!! I feel like the type of stock I sell is best for Depop but I will be trying eBay sometime soon, and that’s a great idea, I’ll definitely make a ‘what sold’ video soon

      @CLASICOP  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for watching again man! Much appreciated as always. Joe Fazer is class! I lived in Manchester all my life but my parents decided to move to the middle of no where in Scotland in 2019, I decided to stay in Manchester and worked full time and studied at college full time as well but then covid happened, colleges closed and I left my job so I just moved up to Scotland. Hopefully moving back in the near future, where I live in Scotland is so boring

    • @CLASICOP

      I have a relatively large industrial steam press machine but I prefer the iron to be honest! Everyone’s been telling me to get the Propress steamer so I think I might look into getting one of those

    How many times a week do you ship? Also how many items do you sell a month?

    • @CLASICOP
      @CLASICOP  2 года назад

      I usually ship twice a day! At the moment I sell roughly 140 items a month on depop, I sell anywhere from 20-100 a month on Vinted, probably like 20 on eBay (I don’t sell on there much) and I sell quite a lot to friends through Instagram and other social media platforms

    • @Beyondinstrumentals
      @Beyondinstrumentals 2 года назад +1

      @@CLASICOP that's a really good amount. Could you elaborate a bit on why you use vinted more than eBay?

    • @CLASICOP
      @CLASICOP  2 года назад +1

      It’s not really a case of me preferring one to the other, I just mainly use Vinted as a place to clear out stock that I don’t want to put on my depop; whether that be damaged stock, stock that doesn’t match my store image or just something I want to sell quickly. I sell things so fast on Vinted, I think I sold near to 40 items across the last two days. I’ve not really given eBay a proper try yet but it just seems a bit difficult, I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it soon.
