Creating the Perfect Custom Timber Frame Awning for My Dream Workshop: Part 1

I recently decided to build an awning over my dream workshop main entrance door for numerous benefits that have greatly enhanced both the functionality and aesthetics of my workshop. Firstly, it offers protection from the elements, shielding the entrance from rain, snow, and harsh sunlight. This will not only keeps the doorway dry and clean but also prevents damage to the door itself. Additionally, the awning will create a shaded area, keeping the entrance cool during hot summer days and reducing energy costs by minimizing heat transfer into the house. Furthermore, the awning should add curb appeal, enhancing the overall visual appeal of my workshop and create a welcoming entrance for guests.
