WCIU 26 - "2009: The End of Analog" (06/12/09)

Live from the top of the Sears Tower, here's a neat clip of the last 15 minutes of WCIU's analog broadcast before they shut off the transmitter as part of the DTV transition when all full power analong stations were mandated by the FCC to stop broadcasting in order to free up the spectrum.
WWME-CA 23 switched from being a MeTV affiliate afterward to a low power WCIU for people who haven't made the transition yet. It later became an analog Heroes & Icons affiliate until the final shutoff of all low power analog stations was completed on September 1, 2015.
