Both Floyd Sr. and Roger deserve a lot of credit for their work with Floyd. They were both perfect for Floyd's development and both came at the perfect time for that development. Senior took a genetically blessed child and gave him a style and skill perfect for him and Roger did his job perfectly at just the right time when Floyd jr needed exactly what Roger gave him .
