But i would point out two things here, styrofoam cups fall bcz of puff of air actually moving out of that fog gun not bcz of sound as sound doesn't move air from one place to other, it just makes air vibrate in its own place. 2nd the transfer of energy from one tuning fork to other is largely through vibrations transferred through table not air, though we could still call it sound waves through table.
