That was a fun/serious video to watch. Nice to see the people milling around, that must have been a great evening.
I love how this shop looks, it has such a comfortable feel to it, that in itself will draw people in.
Not sure how much you advertise yet, but I'd also put a picture of the shop in it too.
The reason I keep mentioning this is. I was at Lewes in Delaware on vacation, and we happen to walk into this coffee along the way,. The decor was enveloping to me. I felt like I'd been there before and didn't want to leave, like your friend in the video. LOL
I've thought about that coffee shop to this day, and that was over 10 years ago. Having a soothing scent helps too, and obviously, the shop smelled like coffee.
Those are great suggestions! And we get so many complaints on the smell of our shop! I wonder if there is a way to advertise the scent 🤔

I would suggest selling mechanical watches. That would be a great option to someone just walking in. They might not want to spend thousands on a suit for the first time in the store but they might spend $800 on a watch. Idk just an idea
