I would definitely go with G413 Carbon. The Romer-G swithces are really good and I am using them on G410 Atlas Spectrum. Both keyboards work perfect, but since you never had a mechanical keyboard, you have to be aware of key click. :D
Raihan Rumi If we are talking about the feel of the switches, the best thing is to go to some local shop and try it out. As for the quality of the make, I can guarantee that you won't be disapointed in Logitech, but for the Ducky One I don't know. Also, the Logitech G413 has a really firm grip to the table so take that into consideration as well.
ArtsyFartsy G Pro is TKL keyboard so it is a bit different. G413 has Romer-G switches as well as G810, but G810 has some extra buttons. Did you check out the new G513 maybe?
