When you're very sick with neurological problems the doctor will give you a bottle full of Prednisone and yet they don't tell you any of this stuff they just send you on your way it's a terrible shame what they do

When you’re sick and especially with an autoimmune disorder the doctors don’t know how to treat it that’s why we are given a miracle “ quick fix” ! Whether it’s good or bad for you we sometimes have to live in the moment!! Don’t blame the doctors most of them are only trying to help with your pain! Everything is autoimmune and there is no cure! For now I’ll take a bandaid and pray for a miracle! 🙏❤️

Idk why so many people tell me you feel energized and great because I feel like I'm having a panic attack every 2 hours - doesnt help I have anxiety and am moritifed if the sinus infection is going to cause sepsis etc. I was also getting weird side effects like muscle pain (like I had just worked out a ton) and twitching. Wow, great video ... causes me to think of more issues. Well, most of these I have discussed with my doctor(s) already. He's got me on a short burst of Prednisone until I can get into the Pain Clinic.
    72 years old.
    Non-drinker.
    Non-smoker.
Low to very low processed sugar intake
    .
Though, because of my (on the) low blood pressure, doctors some years ago, said get a little more salt in your diet, which I had never added. So I use that pink himalayan salt on dinners.
Also, I'm a lifelong runner. Miles every day, but this latest PMR has really impacted my running workouts, it's labored and ungraceful. Doc' is urging me to DO NOT PUSH IT for now. Advice I"m abiding by presently. A little down as my workouts are not currently going smoothly ... see what the next few weeks bring.
I do enjoy my coffee in the morning however.

I have lost so much faith and managed healthcare in this country. Seeing how it has changed since I was a child is alarming and frightening. Two weeks ago I went in to see my doctor because I was having some major back pain that no chiropractic adjustments seem to be resolving Now keep in mind every two years. I have to get an ultrasound on my left kidney because of cyst and I just happened to have one earlier that week so I was wondering if maybe the cyst had gotten considerably larger and was causing the pain or even perhaps a kidney stone, though I’ve never had any in my life but I am scheduled to see my urologist this week. I of course mentioned all of this to my doctor. She stepped away for a moment and when she came back, she had a bottle of prednisone for me to take all she did was explain how to take them and to call her, the pain not abated, needless to say when I got home even though I was in considerable pain, I just could not bring myself to take them. In fact I flushed them on the toilet to keep me from being tempted so I’ve just been alternating ice and heat since then.

Having watched your videos, it now makes sense to take it as early as possible.

I have been on prednisone long term 5mg/day. My RA doc never told me any of this. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure more than likely caused by the meds. If my doc had told me I should be monitoring BP, maybe I could have done something earlier. Very frustrating. I never knew about sugar or calcium loss issues. I have slowly come off the med completely, using only as needed. I can feel the difference but so far nothing I can't live with. I am researching alternatives to Big Pharma for my RA starting with food. An interesting ride!

      Wow. All the problems:
      1. Giving prednisone for back pain (bad idea since it doesn’t usually work)
      2. Giving a drug interacting drug at the same time (Toradol and prednisone increase risk for GI bleeds)
      3. Telling you it won’t affect your blood pressure
      4. Giving a drug that causes more low potassium (prednisone) to some already low.
      Wow!

I feel like a million bucks on prednisone because it allows me to breathe through my nose and sleep. But the 10-day course is clearly not working and causes serious rebound effects. I'm looking forward to talking to my (fairly reluctant and kinda asshole-y) doctor about tapering off differently. I haven't been able to get off it completely in over 2 years. Canada needs far better doctors.

Do not take prednisone if you have Lyme/coinfections/other infections since it lowers your immune system. NO gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO may help. Progesterone/Zn/B vitamins help stress. Progesterone helps bones/myelin/thyroid etc.. An older person may already have muscle/bone issues. Osteoprocare with Vit K2 may help bones. Ozone may help infections. Shots may give the health issue they are trying to help. Tums may have Aluminum which may hurt the brain/body. Si may help detox Al. Licorice root may help clots. Avoid drugs with many side effects. Vit D3 5000IU/ sunlight may help depression. Milk thistle/dandelion may help detox things if needed. Vit D recycles Ca, but may not put it in the bones like Vit K2. Cr may help Diabetic coma. Hair test to see good minerals/heavy metals may help.

Then down to 1 mg then 1/2 every other day then none in the next three weeks. My boyfriend shoved me off my crutches, I had a broken heal. He broke my whole pelvis and tail bone. It’s been 15 months and my pelvis is not healing. I still can’t walk without my crutches. My doctor just told me I may never walk again. Can you give me any advice please?? I take Calcium with D3 and K2 with Mk7 in it plus zinc. I do drink Coke’s a lot and I do smoke. I know I have to quit. But any advice would be appreciated. Thank you 🙏 🙏💫✨🌴🌺💙
