Can someone verify how many floors GM will be occupying in the CUBE is it ONLY the 2 UPPER level floors ? If that’s the case NOT that I would have wanted them to move out of the city but perhaps they should have moved the rest out to the Warren tech Center 😒
That building is a big ole glass eyesore: completely ruins the skyline. America's building practices are pathetic, they can't seem to build beautiful buildings anymore; what a joke.
@@Milk-xo5nehe has a good points Detroit has a lot of relics of the roaring 20s in the form of art deco style very ornate detailed buildings Penobscot building Michigan central guardian building even booker tower….all that being said there is no chance a building like that or of the likes of the Empire State Building any time soon it’s not fiscally viable with building codes and practices….sad but it’s the world we created. Look into fords renovation of Michigan central…a lot of windows had to be specially made because windows of the sort are no longer made it’s very interesting how much it’s changed definitely seems like it’s not built with as much artisan pride but I don’t speak for the construction industry
