This is an amazing accomplishment for sure, but I hope no one attempts a 5 cork for a long long time (if ever). Too many pros are getting seriously injured and will continue to get seriously injured (or die) trying to up the ante. Watch Crash Reel to see what it cost Kevin Pearce (his career & almost his life) in the race to master the triple cork. And if sponsors push their riders to do "the next big trick" cause somebody else did it, or just to up the "wow" factor for entertainment, than I fear for the snowboard industry's future and young riders who think they'll have do stuff like this to become a pro.

This was great, but it wasn't a 100% clean landing. I believe that Markus Kleveland tried this as well and wasn't able to land entirely clean either. Hopefully we will see a legit stomp sometime soon.

Theres always someone criticising other peoples work, when they are not good enough to do it them selves
Could you please point out which part of his comment do you not agree with? let's break it down,
"This was great" so He acknowledged that despite not being perfect this is still an amazing trick to pull off. "but it wasnt a 100% landing" this is true, and you cant argue it, because no matter what you say, it was not perfect
then he says that there is another person that tried it whose landing was also not entirely perfect, (idk,havent researched it probably this is true as well)
And then in the last part he says that he hopes that one day we will be able to see someone land it perfectly.
So where exactly do you see any unnecessary criticism, or bashing or anything that isnt true??
(btw dont even ask why the fuck I even bother to write this comment, i just hate when people call someone a "hater" for stating an opinion which they absolutely cant find anything untrue in. I didn't break my back but i did spiral fracture my left humerous. Screws and plates now hold it together. I spent over a year in rehab learning how to use my arm/hand again. This was back in 2006. I hope to get back on er next year....we'll see.
