But if there is a chance that it has been addressed and explained, do you think you could make a video on Overlord's real world (meaning, the earth). One key point about Momonga's passive skill is that it used to avoid "friendly fire". Albedo was affected by it and it proved they weren't in the game anymore
He tested and proved he was no longer in the game by trying to break the rules to bring a general moderator over to him. The fact he was able to fondle Albedo without getting banned is what made him convinced.

Overlord is so unique because it is about the journey of an MC that is already OP. Unlike the typical trope where the MC starts off weak and builds himself up and finds strong allies. Not only that, but if people have read the LN, it is so obvious and realistic about how time has separated Ainz and his friends, but he still cherishes them and will never forget them.

Absolutely! Make as many of these as you can! I actually got into Overlord through your channel. Way way back in the day RUclips recommended me the first Ainz power level video, then I watched the anime and have been hooked on this whole thing ever since.
My story is similar. I discovered Overlord because of Isekai Quartet but when I first tried it I thought it was boring. Well a week or so later I came back to it, and after about ep 6 I was interested finally. But I finished all three seasons and would have forgotten all about it as I moved on to the next anime on my list had I not bumped into this channel's "how strong are...really?" series and realizing how much detail and lore Overlord had really reinvigorated my interest in it.

Seeing lesser characters struggling to get through hardships only to have their hopes crushed by the protagonist was soooo entertaining Its something you don't see much being implemented by animes these days
There is a evil part of me who absolutely enjoys it. Seeing the struggle, knowing them, and at end just crushed. You are main character in your own story but u are a side in others.
There might be tens of thousands of possible races/classes combinations in YGGDRASIL, but I'm sure even in over a hundred years for now, most gamers will simply choose the best build that does the most damage or whatever, just like with current MMOs... Really looking forward to the new season of this.
That's why Yggdrasil hid a ton of information and options behind quest completion flags. It didn't help that socially there developed a culture of secrecy for this information as well as territorial behavior for the requirements among the guilds that found them. There may have been hundreds of classes, but a lot of the juicy ones were probably not publicly known until somebody betrayed their guild and sold out.
@@chrisjohn95 it is possible to set up a game which can’t be data mined in the future if the internet speed increase fast enough. The base game prob only consist of information of classes and skill but not info about how to obtain them. But there will be serious balance issue. I played an MMO 10 years ago in my country. There are some hidden mechanics that allow a single player to solo 20-30 people and these info are keep hidden within my group of friends (not an exploit but the skill design allow such busted thing to happen if certain condition is met). Yggdrasil or any games like it will just be like that. Some players will be busted af and people will cry like babies whenever they got their asses kicked.
I hope everyone is thinking about reading the light novel, it’s honestly amazing and one that I keep re-reading while I wait for volume 14 to be translated lol.

i was disappointed in Vols 12 and 13. Given how the authors dedicated a volume to lizardmen, I am disappointed a couple of events (demiruge/sub humans and ainz/abellon hills) happened off screen. reddit has links for fan translated Vol 14.
Even if these aren't more frequent.It's gonna be helpfull to reduce the huge amount of novel needed to understand WTF is happening. I bought the LN and dove into Overlord so much more thanks to you. These videos made me understand how deep and interesting Overlord is. There is so much more to it than what is shown in the anime. I am now a huge fan of the series (I got the Light Novel in french and english, the manga, the Blu-rays, and all the available figures... x)). Thank you for making this video, it helped me remember a few differences between the LN and the anime. :-) Also, I hope it will bring more people to buy the LN.

Keep this coming. That is the core of the story, momonga does something out curiosity , laziness, or just because why not and it ends up becoming something gargantuan that changes the world . Junivich is one that suffers from it.
Perhaps, if the series as a whole does well enough, they may come back and do a thorough in depth series of overlord similar to how they are doing SAO. Then again its content creators like yourself that make others love and appreciate the series a lot more when you can fill us in on things like missing/skipped content that the studios think aren't necessary
The author of SAO decided to remake the first arc in more detail the anime is just adapting the new manga, so technically SAO and SAO Progressive are different shows, re animating an anime is something very rare and there's 0% chance that's happening with Overlord
Each source is considered to have their unique "cannon" interpretation of the story and i think mushoku showed that the more in depth you make the story, even if it does slow some of the pacing down, the reception is still good for the series. A lot of details about the show I've had learned through other content creators similarly is all I was pointing out. Kind of like how Destiny year 1 had much of their story buried in lore on a different website instead of fully incorporate into the story of the game.

Alright, so I love Overlord, but if this game existed in real life it would be the worst fucking game ever. It is the most pay to win and overly complex game of all time. It makes EA look like a benevolence game developers.
On the other hand you & your clanmates can created a HUGE Clan Base complete with customized layouts, customized NPCs & customized spawners. A shit ton of freedom of class to pick & races to play as. A shit ton of equipment you can mix match or create. Game has a shit ton of content than whatever EA has created combined.

Their clan managed to be part of the top 10 & managed to get 11 World Items despite of that disadvantage of F2P. The P2W thing is exaggerated by people who didn't even read the Novel.
