It’s a legitimate point, I’m from New Zealand and I still don’t understand why your police shot and killed Christian Glass from New Zealand when he called them looking for help, I mean he was giving them love hearts when the shot and killed him. Lots of people in mental health crisis are shot and killed in the USA, meanwhile in New Zealand our police don’t even carry a gun.
Unfortunately they found hobo shoestring in a lake by his apartment a fisherman found him i rekon the cops fished his body out and there doing an autopsy on him now according what the Johnson city news reported rest in peace mark nickles i found out on Johnson City news 11 i live 45 minutes from Johnson City and we get there news coverage i loved his videos

Christmas day 2022, I sat down in front of the tv and loaded youtube. Hobo shoestring's channel popped up for whatever reason and I started watching. I switched between him and the documentaries on the whole hobo culture, one of which was narrated by Ernest Borgnine. I was hooked. I think I binge watched Shoestring's channel for the rest of the week. Undoubtedly the man has had a hard life and he's been dry for about 8 years, but he's enjoyed freedom we can only dream of and seen the country he lives in like very few of our generation has. I do hope he's found safe!

That's because they don't think this and they don't think that? They know better than the people who know Marks habits. It's why alot of missing people are never found. The fact that he rides freight trains automatically makes them not to waste man power because they instantly believe even with all his gear still there he hopped a train.
Because the police consider him a transient/ homeless person and they don't want to waste resources and manpower on a hobo. Let's just call it for what it is. But I'll bet if everybody in that town signed a petition that said they won't vote for the Sheriff in the next election unless he went and looked for him you'd better bet he'd have divers in that water the next day!

He ain’t coming back. I strongly feel he’s dead. I live about 25 miles from Johnson City in Virginia about 3 miles from the Tennessee line. The JC PD and Sullivan County Sheriffs office are a joke. He probably jumped in the lake behind the apartments he lives in. They might eventually get around to dragging the lake but I have my doubts they’ll ever find him.
Mark only rides by him self. He hates riding with ithers. He says riding with others will get you caught or injured. He went solo a long time ago. He says that in a few of his vlogs.

He didn't have his gear with him. He left ANYTHING at his apartment. His Wallet, ID, gear, camera, phone and (important thing) his medication.
