A second season was announced to be in development, but there hasn't yet been much news about when it'll be ready. Man, they really did go all out with the effects animation, didn't they? The reflected caustics in the pool scene, and the fireworks - just gorgeous stuff.
The moment when you realize Gojo and Marin were watching both Ring(1998) and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre(1974), all that was missing was Audition(1999), & Alien(1979) then Marin really would’ve been traumatized. Also poor Marin, she can’t swim, she’s lucky they didn’t watch Jaws(1975) either. I’m gonna miss this series, I’m pretty sure a Season 2 was announced, so hopefully we’ll be seeing it here real soon.
That was a fun ending, i like that Marin said what she's been wanting to say for along time out loud - even though Gojo was asleep - and not in the childish "wuv" way, Yukata Marin, wow another great look. Gojo looking at Marin during the fireworks was peak and Marin being Marin had to go bleh lol Hopefully S2 will be next year as there is enough material but depends on where the S2 stopping point would be (manga is at ch105 currently and the anime ended at around ch38-39)
Love this series and it was quite popular so I think it's safe to expect another season. I don't think their feelings were one-sided, just Gojo doesn't think he is the type of guy Marin would be interested in and so has kept his side more internal. I feel confident if he knew how she felt things would change to fully reciprocal as soon as he could believe it. (I've also not read the manga, but your talking about it makes me want to as well.)

Definitely thinking about reacting to season 3 of Kimi Ni Todoke. That series has a big emotional attachment for me because its what got me into shojo manga and anime!

I can’t even count how many times I have watched this series and absolutely love the dub as well.
This series has been so good!! I am so excited for Season 2 hopefully we will be able to see it sometime this year

when you are ready you should definitely check out insomniacs after school its a wholesome romance but great reaction sad to see the series end
