Some say when some kid picks up a few things from a musical parent, they mimic and embellish only so they are just "chips off the old block". Well, Lukas takes a lot vocally from father Willie, however his voice is the most soulful I have heard in years. And to have such a gifted voice married to an equally soulful guitar is simply incredible. I am hooked.

The lyrics, drum w/confederate vibe, harmony and sheer rawness of it all was perfect! Who wrote the Lyrics? My hearts been branded 4 sure! When Willie came out and sang 3 Days that signature sound grabbed me! Lukas has that and then some as his style seems multifaceted! Like Hank 3 , same thing!
