Alright, for everyone saying the question isn’t clear, let me explain: Imagine a non techy person gets a new phone, and when they compare it with a friend’s phone, they notice theirs feels a bit less smooth. Now, they won't use technical terms when they reach out to customer service. They’ll likely describe it as 'lagg', ' buggy', 'atakna', or something similar because they don't know why their phone feels less smooth than their friend's phone. Also, don't you think the hint 'Is there any way to make the display smoother?' is pretty clear about the issue? If you look at the interactions, it's evident that even with these hints, the issue wasn’t identified. So yes, maybe I’m 10-20% off the hook, but I believe I’ve given enough clues for them to understand what’s going on. Well, I wanna make a point. As I'm currently working in a Technical Support here we provide support to our Business Customers. (B2B) But here we weren't provided much training regarding product so sometimes we don't know much about a customer query. And as these departments are BPOs like here they recruit almost from all streams and pay scale is comparatively low, in the same way shifts. Please note: I'm not defending them, it's maybe due to lack of training and the particular memeber didn't learn while training was given. So maybe if proper training is given then these issues will be treated much better.
When it comes to customer support, Motorola is the worst among all these - experience from an ex-Moto Edge 30 user. It was the worst mistake I had ever committed in 2022; I suffered like hell with that phone. First, the power button got stuck, then the fingerprint scanner stopped working, then there was a green line issue, and then it stopped charging. The behavior of the service center staff was very rude. Nowadays, I don't even recommend Moto phones to anyone, not even my enemies. 😂
being a tech person < i truly belive that The question was totally incorrect cause if asked to make phone experience smoother so there are bundle of settings to make it smoother , All the common thing in customer care staff was that they all given fair solution it will make your experience better. Agar tum khudka question aur khudka answer leke jaoge to baaki sab fail honge naaa.
Not very on point video I think it would be really hard to understand what you are saying and what you want them to understand. I somehow think the service centre should not ne rate on this at all. Just my opinion. No hate 🖤
The issue is ki inko kuch nhi pta inko bus script pakda di jati hai. And these calls are often listened by the managers if the representative goes off script they get in trouble
I feel that the question is correct. A normal non technical person would ask the same question. The dilemma of social media is that people in comment section think everyone is as intelligent as they are.
@@oyyeabhay they do get bothered. i set my moms disply to 60hz from 120hz and she started complaining about the phone feeling laggy and just bad. then again i set the screen to 120hz.

I don’t know. I have iPhone, and I have taken the help of their customer care around 6-7 times in the last 8.5 years, and every time they have solved my problem to the fullest. I have gotten the impression that they actually know the things. So this customer care executive’s answering didn’t quite match with my experience.
I think this is not the right question to judge customer service. The customer pain comes when the phone has some real issue and the customer support asks you to reset/clear-cache instead of providing genuine solutions like troubleshooting and finding the root cause then help getting it fixed.
Great video bhai, but honestly kind of hard to directly relate it directly with refresh rate still somehow one plus and inflix did great. Baki agar koi ma'am rahti hai call pe to I'd its nearly impossible to issue resolve lol

Bro, I don't think this was the right question. For example, Xiaomi sells really budget phones, and they sell a lot of them. Those phones don't have an option to switch the refresh rate. Even many iPhones don't have a 90 Hz refresh rate.
This is not the way to judge customer Service Question is Wrong Instead of this they are giving absolutely Good Knowledge The effort which u gave for apple & other brands the same effort u didn't Gave on Xiaomi By saying smooth screen you literally told Phone atak chalra instead of Screen
They just read the script, and it's a general solution like we say just restart your device. In the longer run having too much cache might slightly impact the performance.
@@Jchxw I was telling if you will call Nokia or HMD customer care, they usually respond similar to motorola. It's my experience as motorola care said to reset the device and the last option is to visit the service centre, nokia care also talks in a similar manner.
The way you just said that I've done this and this and that can make anyone believe that if you can do those stuff that means you already know about basic things as a refresh rate...
TBH if you ask this question to a techie itself without any context he'll also give same troubleshooting steps. The questions itself is not accurate ki atak atak ke chl rha hai uska screen refresh rate ke koi relate nhi hai
Some people are saying the question is itself wrong, but do note normal people actually don't know what "Refresh Rate" actually is, they'll see that their phone is not SMOOTH like newer phones. If an average customer buys a new phone and don't know exactly how to solve it they might ask somebody to fix that, if that doesn't help they might call service centre forl resolution. This a very low level issue actually if they're unable to solve it, their customer service is not well trained at all.
Bro, people who are roasting you saying you asked a bad question didn't even watched the video. You gave them clear hint in the form of "smooth screen chahiye mujhe" "refresh rate" etc. but still they failed. I am commenting this at 4:13 so I didn't even watched the full video but I got the point to tackel these haters. Keep it up. You did nothing wrong. Edit: Now I watched the full video and I was right. I think they probably know every damn thing.
tbh most of customer care telling him to reset all settings. and actually that's the good option. it will automatically restore refresh rate to max. so customer care did good job lol.
I have been using 60hz to 144hz rr devices. 60hz isn't that bad as people point it to be. It's all about os optimisation. Pixels with their 60 hz clean ui still stands out against 90hz or even 120 hz slow ui displays. Atak atak ke chalne ki naubat atleast s24 ultra ke 60hz par kisi ko nahi aayega. Had it been a lower midrange device, refresh rate would be the first option. To make a device like s24 ultra jitter, it would require some hidden data mining tools that you got while surfing the high seas. Where your SoC is being burdened by those miners who are charging you for the treasures you got from the high seas by using your device to mine bitcoins. In such cases, safe mode is the best option to see if any third party apps is hogging all the resources.
To the people that are saying Galat Question hai Yes I somewhat agree but not totally because consider this I agree most of the general public won't give a thing about refresh rate but there will be a small percentage that will somehow notice the refresh rate difference if they ever compare their device to someone else. True they can just google it and maybe find a fix but the point of the video was not to find a fix for the problem, it was to check how well can people at service center understand the problem and how well they can assess it. Despite giving hints like always feeling slow, screen feels slow compared to same device that friend has and hinting about Something "Refresh" like option to potentially smoothen the screen, don't you think they should have at least asked what is your Refresh rate? is it high? or is it Standard. I'm pretty sure you all will get the gist of the video here
I think you could have taken up a better question to begin with.Problems with Refresh rates are usually solved by resetting the system preferences/settings. From the company's perspective, the motive is to solve the issue for the customer and not get a focused reason for the error. This test has a very skewed data. A good question would be the accessibility settings. I once turned on the voice accessibility settings on, and couldn't navigate through the system even through the lock screen as it requires you to press every action twice. The support staff made me reset the phone through the power button which was disappointing but I discovered the double tap thing later.
Bro, refresh rate and phone atak atak ke chalna are both different. There solution seems valid. Because i fixed my grandfathers phone many times because he installed too many apps from ads
I think, doesn't make sense because if you are upgrading from 60hz RF phone to 120hzRF phone (Which is set to the 60hz or 120hz) you can't see any differences because that person is used to with 60hz (just Genral Knowledge) and coming to the question, it was not accurate "atak atak ke chalna" is directly refer to lag issue and coming to hint, that was also not accurate because "refresh" word most of the people think, refresh means to delete cache from memory just like laptop or desktop.
The question is very vague all those saying to reset the settings will actually resolve screen ka atak atak key chalna issue ... this guy's question is totally open to interpretation

Bhai not techy person ko devloper option ke ware mein aur cache ke ware mein kese pata , bhai question hi thik karlo like Sir, scrolling ke time yeh thoda atak atak ke chalta hai
In my opinion, it’s very hard to pin point the problem to refresh rate, atak atak ke chal raha h, would make the other person think the phone hangs or is slightly dropping frames, and no one would be able to guess that the issue is 60hz because you are sounding like someone who isn’t so tech savvy and it would mean that someone went into the settings to reduce the default refresh rate in settings which isn’t something that someone less experienced would do on his own. Even phones that run on 60hz atak atak ke nahi chalte h.
This is my openion but the question u asked with motorola was most sensible i.e animation is not smooth →but with other customer care whenever u say atak atak ke chal raha it directly indicate that app not running properly, but its true that they should know what is refresh rate.

So, definitely the customer service staff should know about this (Ik that most of them don't have much knowledge, otherwise they would be somewhere better, BUT still as a common man, we expect them to know about these to provide us the solution), it's a company's responsibility to train them properly !
Your question is wrong. No one would think of refresh rate .
Google pixel refrace is called adaptive screen 😂
And they are correct 😅
smooth display is the option to change refresh rate in pixel.
Agree, motorola has worse after sale service, they invest only on add , bs kaise bhi log ek baar lele fir chahe costomer kitna bhi pareshan ho
being a tech person < i truly belive that The question was totally incorrect cause if asked to make phone experience smoother so there are bundle of settings to make it smoother , All the common thing in customer care staff was that they all given fair solution it will make your experience better.
Agar tum khudka question aur khudka answer leke jaoge to baaki sab fail honge naaa.
Not very on point video
I think it would be really hard to understand what you are saying and what you want them to understand.
I somehow think the service centre should not ne rate on this at all.
Just my opinion.
No hate 🖤
Wo log laamba soch raha hai ki unka phone main software issue something 🤣🤣
Bro thoda consistent hona ka koshish Karo apka content dekhne mea maza aata hai .❤❤
Motorola wale toh virus infected mobile level per pahunch gaye😂😂😂
Bro taking Interview of customer support agents 😂😂
The question you asked is completey wrong and can be taken as lag easily.
Woh hi
Moral of the story "bande jldi baten pakad kr solution de denge😂"
The issue is ki inko kuch nhi pta inko bus script pakda di jati hai. And these calls are often listened by the managers if the representative goes off script they get in trouble
I feel that the question is correct. A normal non technical person would ask the same question. The dilemma of social media is that people in comment section think everyone is as intelligent as they are.
@@rohitgandhi4991 a normal non technical person won't bother by the screen's refresh rate either
@@oyyeabhay I am not talking about the solutions here. Whatever the solution is the customer has to expect it whether technical or non-technical!
@@rohitgandhi4991 so jao bhai
@@oyyeabhay they do get bothered. i set my moms disply to 60hz from 120hz and she started complaining about the phone feeling laggy and just bad. then again i set the screen to 120hz.
When they'll compare it side by side with a same phone (friend ka phone) which is running in 120Hz, they surely will bother
Carl pie crying in corner he will join OnePlus soon after this report 😂😂
Yaar, when you said, "Settings me aisa koi option nahi hota jis se phone smooth chale," that sounded more like you were asking for downloading extra RAM instead of the refresh rate.
I don’t know. I have iPhone, and I have taken the help of their customer care around 6-7 times in the last 8.5 years, and every time they have solved my problem to the fullest. I have gotten the impression that they actually know the things. So this customer care executive’s answering didn’t quite match with my experience.
2:30 OnePlus also said to reset all setting
6:27 Samsung is also said same
Question seems to be more subjective.
I think this is not the right question to judge customer service. The customer pain comes when the phone has some real issue and the customer support asks you to reset/clear-cache instead of providing genuine solutions like troubleshooting and finding the root cause then help getting it fixed.
Mi walo ke sath bura hua, moto or mi ki rating exchange krni chahiye
bhai atak atak ke chlne ko koi bhi lagging issue se bhi relate kr skta h..
Lekin aage hint dene ke baad unke dimag me kuch to aana chahiye na
@mrtechpedia yaa that's true. Itte hint ke baad atleast hit and trial bhi kr skte the vo.
Great video bhai, but honestly kind of hard to directly relate it directly with refresh rate still somehow one plus and inflix did great. Baki agar koi ma'am rahti hai call pe to I'd its nearly impossible to issue resolve lol
Question was wrong!!!!!!!
now before mentioning about the pinned comment just hear me out
Following you from a very long time and the videos you make are actually very informative and at the same time interesting also the topics you select are top notch
to be clear i read the pinned comment and i understand your pov of asking the questions and expecting the answer you want but if we think from a perspective of a non techy person he would also use the same phrases and it's obvious that he wont be knowing about refresh rate so for that reason the answers you got from the customer support were somewhat up to the mark and would potentially solve the problem
that is why this video was not expected from you rather than asking same question you could have asked brand related questions and then compare on that basis.
Question should've been like - dost ka bhi phone same hai but uska mujhse zyada smooth dikhta/chalra hai.
E Refresh rate se aalava other sarvice k bare me puch sakte the!! Video ki concept aacha tha lekin topic aalag hogaya , post deke using din se is video ki wait kar rehithi!! Btw love your content...❤
Bro, I don't think this was the right question. For example, Xiaomi sells really budget phones, and they sell a lot of them. Those phones don't have an option to switch the refresh rate. Even many iPhones don't have a 90 Hz refresh rate.
Service centers se hardware repair related queries kee hotee to better hota
That is what janta needs and that is what should be tested
Bhai 60hz mtlab lag thodi hota hai yrrr
This is not the way to judge customer Service
Question is Wrong
Instead of this they are giving absolutely Good Knowledge
The effort which u gave for apple & other brands the same effort u didn't Gave on Xiaomi By saying smooth screen you literally told Phone atak chalra instead of Screen
Why all customer services are obsessed with clearing cache? Do they not know that clear cache will make phone even slower and drain even more battery.
They just read the script, and it's a general solution like we say just restart your device. In the longer run having too much cache might slightly impact the performance.
Inhe 2-4 chize hi pta hoti hai to ye vahi bta dete hai 🥲
Why did you call Mircomax but not Nokia or HMD?
Btw nokia ko call kroge to uska response actually motorola se similar h.
@bhanubhaskar1 can you type it in English?
@@Jchxw I was telling if you will call Nokia or HMD customer care, they usually respond similar to motorola. It's my experience as motorola care said to reset the device and the last option is to visit the service centre, nokia care also talks in a similar manner.
@@bhanubhaskar1 What is number of customer service of HMD Global?
The way you just said that I've done this and this and that can make anyone believe that if you can do those stuff that means you already know about basic things as a refresh rate...
right question could be that my phone is working fine no heating but when i scroll I feel no clear visiblity
Nowadays we have many wireless charging phone. Can you make a video on it. Like 50w, 15w, Ambrene, boat, OnePlus, heating issue, etc.
Been using my phone at 60hz since I bought it, kabhi atki nahin, although my animation scale is set at .5 for all the three options
I think they probably know every damn thing.
which mic are you using?
tbh most of customer care telling him to reset all settings. and actually that's the good option. it will automatically restore refresh rate to max. so customer care did good job lol.
why do they keep women for such stuff? they dont know technical stuff and end up wasting time
I have been using 60hz to 144hz rr devices.
60hz Outdated
To the people that are saying Galat Question hai
Yes I somewhat agree but not totally because consider this
I agree most of the general public won't give a thing about refresh rate but there will be a small percentage that will somehow notice the refresh rate difference if they ever compare their device to someone else.
"3 app chaly S24 Ultra me" epic 🤣🤣🤣
That samsung one literally broke his heart 😂😂
Which is the smarwatch you are wearing?
I think this issues are small you should post on how device repair works in individual brand
The question is very vague all those saying to reset the settings will actually resolve screen ka atak atak key chalna issue ... this guy's question is totally open to interpretation
bro galti ki to man lo na, phone atak atak ke chalna ka sidha matlab ja raha hai ki phone ke performance me issue hai(lagging), na ki screen ka refresh rate, aur scenario bhi gagab create kar rahe ho ki dost ke phone me dekhe ga and bullshit. Ek dam dheet jaisa karrahe ho
Bhaiya aapne pucha Phone smooth kese chalaye
Toh refresh rate jab high hoga tabhi toh phone smooth feel hoga na
I guess isiliye most of the services were unable to resolve issues
EXCEPT OPPO 😂😂😂
Unko pata hi nahi Refresh rate change bhi hota hai 😂
Bro if those guy ask for serial numbers than gone😂
Bhai not techy person ko devloper option ke ware mein aur cache ke ware mein kese pata , bhai question hi thik karlo like
Sir, scrolling ke time yeh thoda atak atak ke chalta hai
In my opinion, it’s very hard to pin point the problem to refresh rate, atak atak ke chal raha h, would make the other person think the phone hangs or is slightly dropping frames, and no one would be able to guess that the issue is 60hz because you are sounding like someone who isn’t so tech savvy and it would mean that someone went into the settings to reduce the default refresh rate in settings which isn’t something that someone less experienced would do on his own. Even phones that run on 60hz atak atak ke nahi chalte h.
The phrase choppy screen or jerky screen would fit the best I guess
Jitter word bhi theek hai na?
@@mrtechpedia Yep!
Depends on how skillful is operator
Yarrr...pehle ye non techi ko hatao costumer service se...atleast hint dene par toh samajh aa jana chahiye inhe...
This is my openion but the question u asked with motorola was most sensible i.e animation is not smooth →but with other customer care whenever u say atak atak ke chal raha it directly indicate that app not running properly, but its true that they should know what is refresh rate.
Sir mere iphone 16 pro max me touch screen me touch issue ho rahe he or touch nahi chal raha 3,4 mar touch karne ke bat touch register hota he
Phone liye aabhi 8 din huve he
Most of the people are telling that the question is wrong... But I feel the question was absolutely genuine for a common person and he provided hints to refresh rate as well ! So, definitely the customer service staff should know about this (Ik that most of them don't have much knowledge, otherwise they would be somewhere better, BUT still as a common man, we expect them to know about these to provide us the solution), it's a company's responsibility to train them properly ! As always a great video showing the reality
Exactly this 🫡
The right question is
Scrolling time pe slow ho raha hy ye thoda dheere scroll ho raha hy
