No one can replace this this Leon. Dont forget lmfao. It's not surprising why literally evry1 fell for Leon haha. He's just that perfect, that's all there is to it. 😎
This was my first re game as well as game ever and I remember seeing the intro fascinated about fighting zombies in the original 3 games and imagine my confusion when I bought re2 and was introduced to tank controls and 1998 graphics lmao
i like how really in the entire RE pantheon its never really elaborated how Leon goes from dorky first day on job cop who can barely talk to girls to secret agent badass. If im not mistaken the "training" reference he made here are only ones
The government got ahold of Leon and Sherry after they left the outskirts of Raccoon City, and used Sherrys safety as leverage in him working for the government after surviving it. He was already working for them 2 months later after the Raccoon Outbreak in 1998, when Claire emailed him for help from Rockfort Island. Pretty sure it's cut content, but an epilogue for Leon in Resident Evil 3, for some reason, explains this. Also, since Sherry left with Leon, after Claire picked up clues in the Raccoon Police Department from the S.T.A.R.S office on where Chris is going, specifically Europe, she ends up at the Paris Umbrella HQ two months later, and ends up imprisoned at Rockfort Island, where she then emails Leon.
4:49 look how creepy that was. The music and him turning to Leon in the wrong way. It felt so badly terrifying when I played this first when I was a kid lol.
Resident Evil 4 is the Jurassic Park of gaming. It's original GameCube release still looks great to the point where I am convinced all they do in the HD ports is sand off some of the rough edges on the character models.
I remember playing the game for the first time. It was past 12 am, lights shut down getting ready to be scared but then the music came out of nowhere. For a few seconds I was like what? What's happening? And I knew I was in for an awesome time
Leon will forever be my husbando! He was my first crush when I was 8... not even a real human being was my first crush. It had to be a fictional character.
You know its crazy when finishing mgs 3 for the 10th time I guess I was kinda thirsty for more adventure and mgs 3 was a big disappointment because its not the sequel to mgs 2 I wanted so wandered aimlessly into the gamestore and just happened stumble upon resident evil 4 ps2. I thought huh 🤔 they’re still making re games after code veronica? No one told me but there was no art cover just a blank piece of paper with the words resident evil 4 written on it plus it was cheap so I grabbed it and not knowing how bad or how good this game’s going to be… I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED. But I still feel very bad for not allowing my brother to have ever play it. Man that hurts.
Can’t wait to see this scene in the remake next year!!! I wonder if they’ll use the same music on the radio or something else, I hope they make a newer extended version of the original song playing on the radio.
The one resident evil game I struggled and was legit terrified of, by og and Remake standards. Mr x and. Nemesis were scary but they weren't practically invincible. Regenerators were and are still terrifying along with those spider like plaga. In both the og and Remake. I'd rank them as follows. Nemesis Remake/og because he full sprints in the og and sprints faster in the remake. you cannot get away by simply running. He grapples you. and is terrifying unless you're on a replay with unlocked weapons like the launcher. While he may be a push over in RE3R, og nemesis was a problem. Unless you could choose any option other than fighting. If you chose fight it in og re3, your death was 95 percent gauranteed. At least mines was. I Remember beating him in combat a hand full of times during my run of the og. And each fight he killed me a double digit number of times before I could get a single KO. On him. Yes you could KO nemesis and put him down temporarily. In the remake he'd drop stuff for each down. A silencer mod for the starting pistol. Shotgun Shells. And explosive A or grenade rounds or grenade. In that order I believe Number two Regenerators/Spider plaga: both og and Remake. Even with replay and new game plus I still get squimish in my gaming chair when either enemy crawls or slithers close to me. 3 goes to Mr x. His footsteps are quite terrifying but he's easy to outrun, even on the hard difficulties. It's the not knowing/dread of hearing his booming footsteps, praying you dont run into him. Or worse, hearing his footsteps booming louder and louder behind you. Only reason why I put him lower is once you have eys on him he's not much of a threat. As long as you keep your distance. Once the dread of knowing where he is revealed. You can outrun him or lead him to where you have to go to avoid getting startled. These are probably the three scariest enemies.
my mans just breaks the 4th wall and talks directly to the player, what a guy
We all felt so special, I wish they did that in the other games too

By far the best Leon and yes he is irreplaceable.
The best leon kennedy version by far..
For me this is the best Leon everything was perfect, from the voice to the appearance of the character everything matched!
RE4 is the first RE game I ever played and such a great game 😈😈 and I do enjoy the other RE games and RE1 is the best and the one that all started

Paul Mercier did an excellent job voicing Leon
RE4 Leon, best Leon. Dude’s right out of a cheesy 80s action movie here, it’s awesome.

It's been 6 years since Raccoon City, that's long enough to become a badass secret agent.
The music when it cuts to him in the police car makes me relive the entire game in my head every time.
they made the shots so well! Even if the graphics might not be thr best, this is so well done!
Love this game it cemented as Leon my favorite RE character
Fun fact: Leon was 27 during the events of this game
Gee I had no idea even though you can check the resident evil Wikipedia..
When you look at RE2 remake, you're absolutely convinced that that's just a younger version of this Leon
