LMAO! Love the video. This COPPA stuff is a perfect example of government overreach. I'm debating on what to do with my channel, and here I was going to start making videos.
It's NOT government overreach, it's RUclips overreach... As in THEY FUCKED UP, refuse to accept responsibility for THEIR CRIMES, in spite of the Courts ruling AGAINST THEM, in favor of the PARENTS & CHILDREN, and NOW.... ALL of our fave reviewers AND US by default, have to suffer the consequences of RUclips'S ACTIONS. THEY DID THIS, because they're doing the whole, "WELL, if we're forced to do this, let's show the government what petulant @$$holes we REALLY ARE, and punish everyone doing ANYTHING having to do with kids, or things that interest kids, and by default, ALL the subscribers of those channels.
AGAIN, RUclips did this TO THEMSELVES AND US, NOT the government. RUclips ALSO has to decide if they're a "platform" OR if they're a "publisher", because they cannot be BOTH! On THAT point, the government probably WILL be forced to step in and make a ruling FOR them. At that point, this COPPA crap may no longer apply... So let's hope it's sooner rather than later! )

Yeah, I'm usually MUCH more civil and polite when addressing official things, but this whole deal is bogus, and that vile wench who owns RUclips knows it VERY well. This is nothing more than a spiteful, vindictive child lashing out at people they want to lump in with those who sued them for THEIR CORRUPT acts AGAINST CHILDREN. It's simple projection really, and it's PISSED me off... SO, I just let it out for a minute, lol. Feeling better, but STILL angry at RUclips for their dishonest approach to "protecting themselves" at OUR reviewers' expenses.
Regarding the FTC though, you got a link to take me where I need to go? I definitely don't mind fighting for the rights of the wrongly infringed.

I got siege apeface on my birthday in 2020 i found him in walmart before my birthday. And then his gun was loose too on the cockpit and couple days later in 2020 i broke the peg where its painted clear plastic i was so upset. But i called my grandpa and i send a picture for a new siege apeface figure to buy from amazon like you did. And when my grandpa got the package, he brought it to my house and thanked him. When I open apeface from the packaging i transformed him into his jet mode I put his gun on the nosecone it wasn't loose on mine and i did very carefully remove the shield wing thing crap i forget what its called and shutdown307. Hooah!
Great response to coppa. So glad it didn't have an effect in 2020.

I couldn't even make it to the full minute mark without ROFL all over the place, lol! There's so many great lines in here. "chances are, you're going lose [the paint clear plastic shield] anyway." "I like the hole right there," haha! "Looks like some ACTUAL paint scrapege there. That makes me mad." "you're gonna drink and probably die!" "it makes me...SICK!"
Oh brother! In all seriousness, I think it's awesome to see Apeface homage amazingly well with modern engineering! Also, I put the Sonic "Boomer" Blaster (straight up translated from the Cybertronian text) on the 2nd hold under the nosecone a little bit back. I also don't like that "milky" white, or what I call buttercream, plastic. I didn't like it on Siege Sideswipe, I do not like it here. Why use Prowl or Red Alert's white color?
Plus that shield design, despite being painted clear plastic (what a waste of a budget), really looks like a UCAV or at least some other kind of drone. Similar maybe, to how Beast Wars Scorponok used his Bee Drones.
I don't agree with you marking your videos for kids, because your videos, that I have seen, were not talking to or even appear intended for an underage audience. Honestly, even your son's videos were more for fathers/mothers to watch with their kids as a family friendly look at another Transformer fan household. The loss of past and future comments and notifications on those videos you mark for kids going forward, will hurt to continue to grow your channel. However, it is your channel, and I'll support you in whatever you decide. I'm glad you're not leaving. Hell, even when Optimus Prime died the first time, he may have gotten shot at point-blank range, but he still took out the big bad Megatron. 'Til all are one... hooah! =P
