Djokovic blinked on that first drop shot which was bad -- too much air by far. Medvedev should have put it away cross court but instead he tried to dump it and Djokovic got to it and got a second chance and did well to lob; then did a pretty crap volley rather than taking it higher and putting it away and so lost the point anyway, which was basically justice.
