I’m having great social interactions with most people I talk to, I’m making progress physically/emotionally, and I feel better about myself. The part you probably wanna hear is how it’s helping my love life, and it has helped there too. This girl that I’ve had a bit of a crush on since December and I are going on our first real date this Saturday. I was talking to her a few days ago and she said she liked me almost instantaneously. It feels great knowing you’re that guy. It feels even better actually being that guy. You owe it to yourself and EVERYONE around you to take this advice I’m obviously still learning and improving (next step is detaching myself from others and feeling more fulfilled with my alone time), but I’m in a better spot than I’ve ever been in before.
