  • This exercise is develop stability in the lower leg also strengthen the musculature and tendons around the the ankle. It will also increase the response time in athletic movements to help with athletes quickness on the field or court. Athletes will gain improved body control, faster reaction and decrease the likelihood of lower leg injuries. Please incorporate these drills into your training program.
    •Single Leg 1-2-3 Drill 2x5-10ea/leg
    •Single Leg 4-3-2 Drill 2x5-10ea/leg
