- This exercise is focused on the reaction off the floor to help increase the response from the athlete into a movement. This is a mid-level lower body plyometric exercise for athletes that have been able to show control during the lower level exercises. If you are not able to complete the drill without any body control then please refer to those exercises that will help build stability in the lower body.
