Hi Brittany sorry for getting back to you so late. It can be kept for a several months. I did find a solitary bottle left in my garage from last years batch which was very dry and much more like sparkling wine that what it tastes like when the brew is younger and sweeter. Please note that the bottles will swell as the fermentation builds up. You may need to very gently remove the gas by twisting the bottle tops open. Please do this gently as you may need to quickly tighten the tops again as the bubbles are released when the liquid starts to fizz out of the bottle.
Can the champagne be stored for a long amount of time and drank at a later date?
