After 3 years I still love this video . Watching it again
I used to think people were not cautious with their hard-hearned money because they preferred to go to a nail salon and a hairdresser instead of taking care of themselves on their own. Now that I work an average 10 hours a day, plus being a student with lots of projects and things to do, I understand that sometimes the only way to make everything fit in a super tight schedule is to pay for others to do the things for you. So yeah, a cleaner/helper, a hairdresser, a cosmetician and a manicurist are all essential when you don't have the time.
Yeah I agree. Well I never go to the hairdressers I like taking care of my hair by myself and I have a very simple and minimalist hair routine so I don't feel the need for a hairdresser. I also do my own nails, not very often because I don't really enjoy using nail polish a lot and now even less now that we're in semi-lockdown and I don't see anyone anyway. But occasionally when I'm in the mood for colourful nails I will paint them and then I do it myself. But I do agree sometimes you NEED help with the house, because you're just so swamped with so many things to do and you wish you could double yourself so one of you is cleaning the house while the other of you is taking care of all these other tasks haha.
Agreed! Not only that but sometimes for me even if I have the time it’s the way I treat myself.

No matter what I try I always look like shit :(. You are naturally gorgeous and elegant!
Sometimes we are our own worst critic. We see all the little flaws; every blemish, bump, under eye circle, wrinkle, scar etc. Most people do not even begin to notice the flaws that stand out to you so much. I bet you would never say something like "you look like shit" to a friend with the same negativity you use towards yourself. Be a friend to yourself

I always felt together when had my nails done( do them myself) and simple skin routine and forgot the rest. But now work do not allow nail polish soooo I try to just embrace the buff and oil for nails :) ha man I have not had mine cut in 2 years this August or coloured 😂 I am so lazy at times since had a kid with hair. I should make more effort it really does make all the difference to how you feel then look. I love that simple look but bit everyone can pull it off 😩😂
