I tried both the XH2 and XT5 and while there are quite a few reasons to choose the XH2 I just enjoy using the XT cameras much more. My biggest complaint with the XH2 was the inability to change iso with a command dial. This is something fuji could fix so easy in a firmware update. I just wish more people would complain about it. Hi Andrei, thank you for the info about the wrist strap. I have a bigger question for you. I want to upgrade from my X-T4 to an X-T5, but I am wondering if the 18-135 lens that I have now would be decent on the X-T5, as it is not listed under the preferred lenses for the X-T5. Do you have any words of wisdom on this? Or would it make sense to sell the 18-135 and get the new 18-120?
Hello Andrei, I recently bought the XT-5 and I am a bit worried about the camera slightly warming up after short use. I must say I did upgrade from x-t2 and I am aware about the electronics are different... but is it something I should worry about? I don't see anyone talking about this.
Hi, as a daily round around camera, I think red batch Fuji lenses are big and heavy and not balance on xt5. You show here 16mm and 27mm but to cover all range what lenses do you recommend to be mach with xt5 not to heavy to carry and well performance?
Hello Andrei, i have no doubts that the xt5 its a great camera but, having a xt30 do you think its worth the upgrade? I use Fuji as casual shooter just beacuse i use a Sony FF system for portraits and i dont have any of the best Fuji Lenses (just some viltrox and a Kamlan). I dont know if i should keep the xt30 for this or upgrade to the xt5.. Thanks!
Hello Pablo, the X-T30 is great for casual shooting, I don't think you should upgrade. You can first invest in some newer lenses and maybe in a year or two get the X-T5 at a better price.
I own an XT3 and I am also looking at the XT5, but also the XH2 and XH2S... As an hybrid shooter, isn't the PASM a better option? No, not for everyone. I’m currently in the process of getting rid of my entire Fujifilm kit, including the GFX system for a single Leica M11 kit. I was hoping that with the introduction of the H line Fujifilm would commit more to photography in other models like the T, Pro and X100 series (which all of them I owned) where it totally makes sense and maybe even get rid of video completely, but it seems like they are currently more interested in RUclips influencers than actual photographers and it’s just a matter of time until even cameras like the Pro and X100 series will be permanently crippled with IBIS and more stuff that is compromising image quality and user experience for convenience. After using my M11 for some time now I can clearly see the difference in both from the only camera that truly deserves the “Photography First” title as opposed to one that is designed with RUclips influencers in mind.
@@AndreiDimaReviews I actually want less. The Sony A7iii is lighter than the Fuji, and if you get the compact G lenses it's the same size/weight, the battery is more than 50% better, for the type of video you shoot where you put artificial grain all over it why does 10 bit or 4.2.2 even matter + you're uploading to RUclips that will make it negligible anyways, having the lowest ISO possible is something you needed to do for cameras from 15 years ago... most if not all modern cameras are ISO invariant and full frame cameras have usable ISO all the way up to 6400 and sometimes more, and Sony autofocus completely decimates Fuji eye autofocus. Plus you get all the perks of full frame, like better noise performance, better dynamic range and better bokeh.
