I see You folks Johan, your niece and Emy likes fragrant flowers. How about Jasmine, sampaguita and Ilang Ilang which are very fragrant especially at night. Glad to see you come back to You Tube!
that thing you ate from the inside of a very much matured coconut is called UBOD in Tagalog. it's best tasting and to eat when it's very young UBOD or when the UBOD is very new or young
Subscribers here for Pido. It's very nice weather there although its hot and humid but sometimes it rains a lot, not like here in Italy no rain at all.Climate change 😔😒
Hi Johan and Emmy and very pretty Lady with you , I have to know her name next time but she’s included in my heart! Can you tell me more why I or anybody should come and perhaps stay in Siargao. If you can make a vlog just to tell us the good the bad and the ugly. Retired from US and I’m eyeing Siargao as my paradise destination. Please include any land available for sale or for rent for long term or forever I suppose. Thanks beautiful hearted couple!!! I used to work in the hospital here in CA. I showed your vlog about Siargao and all of them saying they must go there so there. Be safe and have more fun in the Philippines!!
That energy and excitement, the genuine feeling that you both showing is what i love watching your vlog. Even there is a lot of hiccups here and there, you still enjoying Philippines so thank you for that 😊 also dont worry if the leaves of the kalachutchie falls off in some season, its normal. They will bloom again 🤗

Men! Youre so blessed to can plant anything there! Just like we watched TAL who is jewish and from here in USA but bought his land there and build his tiny house and also Eight Miles from Home who were from UK but lives all over the world but found their happy life in that country which is in ciarkao. We wish that one day you can collab with each other and that could be so interesting to watch! By the way, these vegan family 8miles away from home had also bought their lamd and soon to build their dream house there.
Sir Johan I guess ur right. I havent seen yet Calchuchi grows in clay soil but saw a lot Calachuchi grows in sandy soil. That coconut egg is called in Northern Samar my province as BUAY. When we make copra, I always ask for that Buay and I eat. Hopefully ur niece enjoys Siargao and other islands.
If you want to taste the best tasting "para" (9:08), get a coconut with a sprout about 3 inches long. The *para* should be about the size of a golf ball and is crunchy and sweet.
The flowers of kalachuchi tree are used to make garlands during graduation in schools like elementary or high school .. we can use the garlands, too for welcoming visitors from other places ..
Emy and Johan the eight miles knows a lot of restaurants in Siargao that serve vegetarian food.I let you know the exact place and the name of restaurants.
I hope you wont have a problem when it comes to owning a property ,more so a land.i really love your vlog and you both as a couple who love the Philippines.
@@luxusken05 i hope there would be an exemption with certain restrictions for foreigners who want to stay and buy a land in the Philippines in the aame way they gave fil citizenship to kulas of becoming a filipino.
Hi Johan, KALACHUCHI (Plumeria in English) has a very SWEET FRAGRANT Flowers, there are the Whitish and Pinkish ones. And it is also use in Hawaii in making a Lei or Garland (like necklace. Its the National Tree of Laos and National Flower of Nicaragua.
That place looks familiar. I think that’s along General Luna? We had also eaten that place. I think it’s just few meters in our accommodation in Las Palmas.
My mother's 2 half sister's father was a Swedish Coronel in the Army Stationed in the Philippines in the early 1900's. Auntie Annie and Jenie. His name was John Sand. Wonder who his family is in Sweden. I believe when he passed, he was buried in Cebu.
Happy to see on your new home. Looking forward on your unique project that will attract more visitors as well as tourists soonest.God bless on the lively couple.
Hello Johan, You can actually propagate Kalachuchi from a small cutting. Let your tree thrive first and perhaps after a year, you can take cuttings from your tree. They come in different colors and when you them, simply ask for cuttings from that tree.white, yellow, orange, blue and peach!
One day that area coming develop just wait thats my target too. I wanna buy a property your lucky next other year so very expensive right there i wanna buy soon what place in siargao
Amy &Johan it's time to built your own house..like Finsnow vlogger and the British couple living in siargao they also buy property and planning their dream house..happy for you guys.anyway, Vilma should travel around like in Borakay..so she will enjoy..see your next vlog again..
Hi! New sub here. My curiosity was piqued when I read the word Swedish. It's unfortunate that the airfare is simply too expensive for those living in western & northern Europe. Not to mention the long travel time. So very few visit. I'm curious about how you adjust to a climate that's a complete polar opposite (no pun intended) from what you're used to. As I replied in another comment, the latest research says that mosquitoes are attracted to body warmth & sweat. And that they're lousy flyers. So a fan can be a good deterrent. Definitely a good net works best.😊 Laterz
I hope you guys have a business like camping sites. Or there will be plenty of fruits inside, and there will be an entrance pay. Just thinking creative nature of business🤔

The white ball inside the matured coconut is called - Coconut Pearl...it is spongy and you would only see it when the coconut is sprouting.
Watching here at Gdansk, Poland . Although it is already spring time but still cold weather temperature 👍🇵🇭🌏
Kul! Man blir ju sugen på att svänga upp till siargao och köpa lite land själv. Är i området senare i sommar tror jag!

No they're not supposed to own a land.
There's a reason the Philippines doesn't allow 100 percent land ownership to foreigners.
