Who pays the higher NI contributions for the public sector?
So I get taxed so they get a higher pay, then after I get taxed again, so the government can pay the higher NI contributions.

The bloke talking first every government department gets a set amount to pay wages right, so they can pay the staff. With higher NI contributions, wont they have to set aside an amount of cash, for the payment of said higher NI contribution?
I heard some government departments are going to receive less funding, so that means job losses right.

The vape tax of £2.20 per 10ml is absolutely ridiculous. Essentially with some brands, this means that the cost would equal or more expensive than the price of a pack of cigarettes. Most of these brands are small companies. One sector of many SME’s which will collapse under this reckless regime
