I noticed that the EZsmoke unit has beed unfortunately discontinued .. I run a leak investigation company in Vancouver BC and thought this was a neat device I would like to try. I'm wondering if you might recommend a unit that has a similar level of smoke output?

Anyone you can recommend to help us find leaks in exterior walls? In south Florida. Have a moisture meter that is off the charts high above baseboard in two bedrooms. Done know how to isolate windows from walls. Thank you 🙏🏽
Love the cool toys!!! Great way to find problems when you don't see an obvious issue where someone failed to install the mechanical flashing layers in the correct sequence. We find a smoking gun in 9 out of 10 homes... but that 10%, it would be nice to break out a fog machine. Great video!
I’m in the South Florid area and have this same issue. No one has properly detected the source. Is there a cheap smoke fogger I can use to DIY this. I don’t want to keep shelling out money
The BEST thing you can do is to isolate the the window from the exterior. Then open the wall inside where your are seeing the leak. Then take high pressure water hit the outside of the sealed up window, then see if you can see water seepage into the area you opened up. You have to run water in increments of 20 minutes. Don’t just spray around.

Trying to figure out if the window dripping is coming from rain or from the A/C drip pan drain line.

Love the videos but please fix the volumes. Your voices are so low then the music and machine noises are so loud!
Lower the volume on the music and increase it on the guy talking.
