Making a beautiful soft rug out of plastic canvas (or non-slip rug) and yarn is easy! I'm sure everyone can do it! You can do any color. You can use any leftover yarn. You can design your own rug.
This rug cost me about 500 meters of yarn.

A latch hook can make this easier but both ways work

I make these but I use tweezers to pull the loop through then pull the two loose ends through. It forms a knot that you can easily undo and you can even out the lengths plus it saves am awful lot of time hand knotting them. I also use the softer anti slip carpet underlay, the same thing you can line shelves with, as it is much more easy to move around and you can roll it up.😁
