Love Malayali cuisine.
@@pragawa It's a separate cuisine?
@@akemi2929 it's Kerala cuisine. Malyali is a person from Kerala. Malayalam is the language.
@@pragawa Yeah... But for some reason my Keralian friend uses the term 'Mallu' for himself... Not Malayali... Never heard that term from him...
The point is, I didn't know Kerala had it's own separate cuisine... Interesting... I'm gonna ask him about this soon

Pani Puri with mint water alone... Yum!
when i first try it wow super salty :D but when you add the yogurt or tamarind sauce :D - goodness me its like a brand new dish!
Oh, love how you reference it to a Child being drawn to his mother!! So true 😅 Wow, 65 ingredients? That's amazing. I wonder what they all are... Great video you two. Looks like you really enjoyed it.
Well they said its a claim that 65 herbs and spices mix goes into it - remains a mystery- some other claim its because there is 65 pieces 🤔 haha
There are no 65 ingredients, it was invented in 1965
@@vignesha1193 thanks vignesh :D we just heard there were many claims, including the 1965 invention, then others claiming 65 spices many diff claim :D but i supposed 1965 makes more sense now XD hehe
No it was an item no 65 in a restaurant that invented it in Hyderabad so it's name
Mmmmmm Indian food would be so good right now lying in bed 11pm 😂😂😂 dude nick you needa work on your pani puri 1 bitter skills you were struggling hahaha. Love the intensity that Indian food brings. pav baji is what we had too hahaha tastes so good right 😁👌

OMG YUM guys watching this made us miss all of the delicious food we ate in India 😍😍😍 seriously though how yummy is Indian food???We will have to try some of these places the next time we are in town. Pan Puri is one of my favourite street food snacks! Haha its almost like Indian nachos. Although it can be a be bit tricky to eat 😂 although I gotta admit that eating with our hands took a bit of getting used to. You guys are so good at describing food, you'll have to give us some tips. We are awful at it 😂😂 That mushroom kebab had me drooling 😍😍 did you guys eat everything in one day?? Haha because that is really impressive!!
we gotta go to India like you ed & sally haha.. food is amazing and a lot of places to see & discover😍😍 cmon let's do some collab!! guess what we actually ate all of them in one day😂😂
We actually haven’t had the pani puri yet, but we have had a similar Bengali dish called fuchka - really good!
we never try bengali food!! add into the list 😝
Fuchka is pani puri. It's just a different name for it. Pani puri has different names in different states. Here in UP many people call it pani batashe or fulki .
Anil Tripathi Love the grated egg on top of it
Paan ice cream looks really interesting!

yesss pengenn
Soon ya kita ke melb :) kita ada diundang sih untuk ngereview airbnb heheh
@@nickandhelmi yasss kapan nih? haha bilang2 ya :D
Chicken 65 does not have 65 ingredients which a lot of people believe and when they ask the chef who admits he did not use 65 ingredients they think its just an inferior version and the actual recipe must be in a secret safe in a secret lab in a secret place (probably on a secret planet). It was first prepared in a military canteen as an experimental dish by an adventurous military cook. On the menu board he didn't knew what name to give it so he just wrote it as chicken and it was the 65th dish on the menu. It became popular among the Army folk who started calling it Chicken 65 and later on its recipe got out of that canteen along with its new name.
Oh wow thanks Kalyana for letting us know the story behind chicken 65. This is really good to know 👍
@@nickandhelmi Glad you guys liked it. You should try Murg Malai Kebab and its associates. Its sort of like creamy and very very tasty, but one needs to be an expert chef to make it properly, if not it just turns out to be a hard piece of chicken with some cream on top. Best part its not spicy at all. If you come to India or can find it there try Lucknow dishes. I am from Andhra and I can suggest Andhra dishes but original Andhra dishes will be quite spicy. :)
Bhaji Pav is very popular in Gujarat as well.
You should have gone to Zaffran in Darling Harbor, to eat the best Indian food in whole Australia. This restaurant is as good as some of the best restaurants in India.
Thanks Harsh for recommendation, will check it out 😊
yo! pani puri rules!
Hehe and filling :D
Love a good biryani - the more aromatic the better
yess, we couldn't finish that one because whole day filming and end up bring it home for dinner :D
