Lochgilphead is a town in Argyll. It stands on the shores of Loch Gilp and it's on the Argyll Coastal Route. It's a great place to stop, when you're exploring Argyll. It's near the Crinan Canan

I will definitely be back up in the Lochgilhead area at some point. I will love to see what changes take place. I am hoping to get on the Crinan Canal next summer.
I'm from NY. I literally just found out my great, great grandfather Giibert Cameron was born in Lochgilphead...so, here I am trying to catch a glimpse of the area.

@@AimeeNorris4 I do love exploring Argyll. I do have a really soft spot for Kilmartin Glen as well. I always associate Lochgilphead with trips up to the Glen.
Hopefully you will be able to come over for a visit. I’ve got family in Australia. I’ve gotten kind of used to them coming over in our winter, because it’s their summer.

This is where I live! There’s work being done to the front green right now, cannot wait for it to be done!
