Price revealed aaaand… it’s 565 american bucks. Yeah, no thanks. I think the sculpt looks right until you look at a picture of Bale back then. He wasn’t that old. Neither that buffed, goodness. Armory is cool but that’s about it. Even the cowl… it’s different, sure, but not better per se, just look at pics online. Releasing this just after DX19 also… a spit in the face from HT to collectors if you ask me. I still think the previous armory was a way better deal at the time.
I don't think anyone would have complained if they sold the armory separately and a version that said includes DX19. Then they save themselves work and no one who bought the DX19 feels like they're missing out. Everyone wins.
I just recently picked up the DX19, now seeing this announced, I'm pretty upset. I love the changes made to the suit, but as you said, it came too close to the DX19. However, I'm not a fan of the headsculpt with the Armory, just looks too old in my opinion. Thanks for the video!
They could, If I have to bet they will but not rooted. They need to match the standard edition of inart and not the rooted which is really hard to top.
This release make DX19 look like shit. Honestly I think it's unacceptable for the upgrade within such a short period. They should make the modifications in DX19.
This release is quite interesting. The fact they're already making a new dark knight suit while the other is incredibly fresh. It's like they want a dark knight batman on pre order at all times. So it was the DX 19, then they had the quarter scale now this. As for this release it's cool they listened to collectors. It's like a new body for the DX 19 that's upgraded. However the cowled head is not included, so you can't just get this unless all you want is Bruce unmasked. The dark knight armoury figure upgraded the head, it would be great if this did because they could fix how Batman's eyes are really wide open not more squinted, I guess the neck is thicker though. As for Bruce, the statue idea is interesting. If not a little boring but it allows his body. To be sculpted exactly how it should be. No worries of articulation or anything. However the head looks more like athlean-x than bale to me. Personally not a big fan.
A companies main goal is to make $$$ and not worry about how close products are released together. Kudos to those who wait in hopes of getting the item they want. Sucks for the gotta have now crowd that can’t wait.
so if the item is still available and they can't sell it because they announced a better one, how are they making money on dx19? Isn't the point to make money? Then why would you compete against your own product and not wait till its sold out, then announce it?
I think with the BW body either it should be seamless (as they are doing with Bane 2.0 and done with WW), or enable us to change the arms between normal articulated and static folded arms as this. Also, it would be fun to include a broken brick wall diorama (that he kicks).
Gotta point there 👍for no articulation it should be less of a price tag and this armory looks like it has more of a higher quality of Led lights on the inside 👌Head sculpt is beautiful great portrait though
for real, it still has redeeming value for the hardcrore fans (sonar cowl, MEP gun, will use this inside the armory instead of this accurate one) but most people will rather have this.

If you look at the pic with everything included, they showed that the cowl head would be included as well. They just don't have photos of it yet.

I have not pick up DX or any batman figure yet, but this version is a must for me, just perfect in every way, makes DX19 looks outdated
this version has everything, down to the PERS. Crazy thing is DX19 is still available and its already outdated.

I like the brickwall diorama Idea. Also for the arms that could technically work since he is wearing a shirt anyway.

Dx19 is over after this announcement. They gave us everything that we asked for.

There is no face in cowl sculpt like the dx 19. I think this is just the bat suit with a bruce wayne figure... so technically no batman figure per se
