Cute game, I've not played the game yet but based on the story I've seen jazzy play I think that "Ancient Cat" is super Sus... I'm pretty curious why the protagonist's grandma destroyed the previous cafe and why she never told anybody, then grandma "dies"...
My theory is that Ancient Cat is a evil demon. When the cat shrine when full of power it restores Ancient Cat Demon power to full, spelling the end of the world. Granny found out and destroyed the prev cafe, but Ancient Cat didn't like that and killed her. Then he faked the "inheritance" letter, leading to the protagonist arriving to town to re-do the process that granny gave her life to destroy..
