Precious Lua standing up with holding on to bar rail just melts ones heart. What a beautiful soul with such determination and wonderful disposition. There are so many of us that wish to assist with Lua's needs but we are all ignored, I don't understand. Although she's thriving now she will not continue unless she gets help to adjust as she grows. Some of her disabilities can be easily dealt with now to avoid painful future issues. Please Mom if you won't let viewers & donators help then please seek assistance for her there in Vietnam.
I noticed another kind soul has offered to pay for everything for Lua medically and Huong won't accept. That should be a fine or a charge. She is stopping a child to seek medical attention. 😡
You might want to look at the girls heads as they are constantly scratching
