@KMYACANIECE If you freeze frame that segment you’ll see a rounded strip running from the TV to behind the console - that’s a plastic strip stuck to the wall made specifically to cover TV wires, which can be painted the exact same colour of the wall. I’m not sure because I’m in Australia but Lowes or Home Depot or any hardware store would probably sell them. Hope that helps 😊
