Online orders are always a risk, it is better to buy expensive things directly from the manufacturer if it is possible. I've also had bad experiences with large online platforms
Jason is correct. There's a HUGE difference in quality, depending the supplier. I know someone else that bought from a very reputable seller, & they didn't experience the heartache that Bruce has with his!
@@pnwRC. yes there is! The one that was less was actually the better out of the two, the one I paid more for was missing things and items and couple of leaks as well, where the one I paid less for didn’t have really any issues, thank you for the reply guys! Love the channel and keep them coming! Hoping I can maybe one day come out and play along side ya guys since I’m up in Mn!
@@saehrfarmsandagrepair We'd love to have ya, when you do make er here! It's strange how that worked out. One would like to think the more you pay the better the quality will be. I have the same tracks as Bruce has on the bulldozer and same problem with the e-clips. I'm just wondering if he solved the problem. I'm looking to get the 6015b for myself. But you got to be careful who you buy from!! Di it R/C brought the same one and the same problems missing parts leaks cab loose and so on.
Of what I’ve seen with a few others expenses as well these units are a bit sketchy. Not sure what your going to get as far as quality and parts missing stripped out screws etc. that’s a lot of money should be just as much quality. I don’t think I’d get the 6015b at this if I was to get a new unit so to what’s floating around RUclips.
This hobby is out of control .5 10 17 thousand dollars for a excavator. Ridiculous already. 5 thousand and you had screws missing .stop buying these for a year and see how cheap they become. The manufacturer is laughing his butt off .they pay the workers penny's and sell these for thousands
The bigger the bigger the bigger problem loosens screws leaking pla pla pla 4me i never buy something big like this i like small machine like JDM Earth mover 870K or faroe komat`su WA470 its they are a good size the bigger thing expensive in money and Heavy when you carry it
This hobby is for the ultra rich not your everyday family guy .no way a married man with a family would justify spending 10 or 15 grand on a RC excavator. I'm done with this hobby
For 5 grand you shouldn't have tighten any screws it should work right out of the box .I started to get into this hobby and all I've come across is expensive pieces of junk .I'm done .I spent my hard earned money on a excavator and it's ridiculously terrible. I'm not spending 10 grand on a rc excavator I can buy used full size one for 13 grand on ebay .

Agreed!
I’m just curious what he paid for his? I bought two of them and each where different prices, but quality between the to can definitely tell
I think he said $5400.00 plus tax
@@blackfacePM ok got it! Thank you! Yes I paid that for one and about 4 for the other! Thank you for the reply!

Is this Bruce From Washington State? If it is.... Did you use the roll pins to fix the problem?
Yes indeed he is.
He did mention the roll pins when we initially spoke about the machine.

There are a few good sources to acquire quality machines. I have seen a few others videos that have had negative experiences with these machines too.

@@MrChangeordie For the 6015 excavator, Toucan Hobbies is a reputable dealer to acquire that machine.

5 grand? WHY exactly is that FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS???? stop..
Why is it 5K? It's the largest RC excavator made, & 5K is how much the manufacturer sell it for.
congratulations on the means 😊😊
