Great find. This makes me think that all components need a thorough check to see if they are properly disabled when broken during combat! I decided I don't like Endless Space 2 after modding it to death, so I'm back to MOO2 👍
I've noticed a bug with the randomize tech option. Sometimes I get a blank box in the tech tree but if I click it it acts like it selects something and I'm able to research it without knowing what it is, but then I'm able to keep researching the same tech over and over.
Each time you start a new game with random tech, you have to start DOSBox anew. If you start a new game from within the game itself with random (without closinng DOSBox), then you can get these blank boxes.
I wonder what the devs would think about bugs being fixed almost 30 years later 😄
I wonder if they follow the development of the fan patch!

i think this was the last one. for example, previously we fixed cloaks. but should you find any other destroy/repair issue, do let me know :)
