did the Baseblock alarms clear after you reset the fault ? ive got 4 drives in baseblock alarm that i cant clear and none of them are showing an actual alarm to investigate further .

Baseblock is external safety lock out. Like high static switch or high pressure switch. Those 4 drives are probably daisy chained on those safety’s. Check all your safety’s first and reset whatever is trip. If everything is clear then start at the first drive the two baby blue wires in the middle is the were you’ll want to make sure your getting 120 in and out. If your getting 120 in and not out on the vfd then it’s bad. What you could do it take that drive out of the sequence and wire but those blue wire together that way the next vfds won’t be in a base block.
Hope this makes sense for you.

@@hvacslayer2929 so bizarre, the CRAHU has no alarms or faults , the BMS is happy and i can run all 4 motors DOL with no issues , but the VFDs are still in baseblock and wont run in Auto . Thanks for the tips

@@simonharris6282 start at vfd 1 and chase the 120 power making sure the contacts on the vfd are closed and allowing the 120 to pass through. You’re losing it somewhere sense there all interlock that’s why they all go into baseblock. I think there is a way to possibly turn that parameter off you would have to look in the manual or talk to a yaskawa tech to verify.
I’ve also had fire life safety cause this.

@@hvacslayer2929 I bloody owe you mate ! I found the fault thanks to you, a door limit safety switch (that has moved ever so slightly to open circuit) that was interlocked through the S5 input on the drive . thankyou for the help
