You may want to *drink more* Fruit/vegtable juices (pure/ORGANIC using a juicer so they are fresh) ALSO Distilled/filltered water with Shungite stones placed in it (for cleansing and re-mineralizing the water) ... left in water for 1-3 days this water is super beneficial! it's like drinking fresh water from a stream.
