You guys should use a texture packs that makes a trapped chest and a normal chest look very different then use trapped chests for the books to make it easier to tell the difference between decoration chests and chests with books in them.
But the llama can hold two chests of shulker boxes with 9 stacks of gold blocks in both plus a full inventory of shulker boxes with nine stacks of gold blocks in each. That llama is stronk.
Jerome can u like add some sort of mechanism where went you go to prison, you get sprayed by harming splash potions, or something that can damage the prisoners that would kill the prisoners slowly but still kill them
I suggest giving the beast some speed do they can at least move faster and make it challenging. You can out run the beast just by Sprint jumping at the moment.
wasnt there a bug with the wither that crashes the game every time you spawned it and your world would get corrupted? Also pretty sure mojang said their games dont truly crash, they just exit or something

If you wanna hide a book where no one will find it push a block down on a minecart with a chest and make sure it can’t be seen you can right click the block and get the book

Just a suggestion to make the gamemode more fair: Make it so the hiders only get 3 lives so they cant infinite respawn
make it when they get caught they get damaged in the jail and turn off regen
