    Nice tie. Are the eyes metal or plastic? If metal will it swim hook up?

      They are metal but not heavy enough to flip this type of hook. 😊

    Great fly and video - Thanks for sharing!! I know you said you are using a larger hook than normal, but what kind/size is that one? I like the short shank and extra wide gap...

      Capt'n Preston McQueen i Think in the video its a size 4 ahrex ns 172.. but 6-8 are the sizes i have Them in, in the box.. 😊

    Great looking pattern, I'll have to give it a try. I have some catching up to do, looks like you've been busy posting some cool tutorials. I've heard that thread is slippery (GSP ?), I haven't used it yet but some tiers say waxing it, especially when starting it on the hook helps. Don't if it'll help when holding a loop though. BTW, happy new year to you too! Thanks!

      Keith Rose i Think the mic problem is on your end buddy.. Audio is fine on my end.. 🙋🏼‍♂️ maybe the volume is turned down on the player?
