The Alternative Minecraft Series is a regular (heavily-modded) playthrough of Minecraft recorded with a unique twist. Using narrations and a rough storyline I am aiming to re-create the original excitement and wonder that this game provoked in everyone when we were younger. To do this I am stepping back and I aim to experience things for the first time again through disregarding all the early stage set up's that a lot of us subconsciously perform. (digging a dirt house on the first night, Smelting iron and venturing through the caves straight away, etc.) I also aim to step back and approach the game from a part (realistic) view if that makes sense. By this I mean I am treating the world on Minecraft the same way I would any other survival game (avoiding infinite water sources, building hacks and other exploits and features) By doing this I hope to re-create the feeling of uneasiness when exploring a new world and freshening up the Minecraft playthrough feeling.
