- Thanks for stopping by. Last song left to tackle on the album. Boy this was a tough one rhythm guitar wise in that middle section. Some parts of Matt's and Corey's solo are a little tricky to figure out due to mix but with enough slowing down the speed of the song in pro tools I believe I'm at least close.
Same with the rhythm guitars in the middle part.
The new album has now been covered, every track, riff and solo. Cheers for sticking around while I listened to nothing but this is album for the last 8 days.

A. Curtis really doesn’t like the song, as multiple times he says it’s boring or isn’t good.

Yeah it was a little difficult to figure out what was going on but it sounded like some sort of diminished sweep thing with another playing 3 frets up as a harmony. I’m sure there’s a theory term for that but that’s just how my brain works
Man o man, honestly so good and in my opinion the trickiest guitar song trivium have really written.
I was on the edge of my seat right up until the end of the song, rooting for those notes to come off, truly exciting to watch!

Mind blowing as always, any tip for a guy that struggles at 190 bpm for downpicking ?
I'm just some rando on the interwebz but what helped me with both down picking and tremolo picking was playing with my elbow, locking my wrist.
@@Nemesis_Slime actually my elbow is why I can do it for now. But I heard that the key is wrist and not tense at all.
