instead of using eraser for the big circle, you can use break point then the other side you can make it as construction line. so the line will keep on green

It looks like you accidentally deleted your R83 circle when trimming. I also think that was supposed to be tangent with the lower-left outer circle rather than the lower right outer circle. I had to zoom in as much as I could to properly trim the redundant part as to not accidentally remove the largest circle.

So I see you used a lot of construction geometry. Is it not possible to create horizontal and vertical constraints between circles and define their origin distances? I'm having a really hard time creating vertical and horizontal relations between arcs

You have to select the fill option and there you have 3 options to select the Boundary use the magnet/magic profile selector and try .Make sure ur boundaries are fully closed

Your constrain visibility mode is not activated so only your facing this issue at the bottom window you can see the Dimension constraints option enable it

Select the circle diameter dimension and click equal so that if you update one circle dimension it update others
