As militarty spending of india increases so will the trade deal between usa and india. Otherwise their ability to defend against missile saturation is basically non-existant Im sure this navy would not be able to take on 12 ESSM & Harpoon II armed modern multirole frigates 3 SM2 armed AAW destroyers and 4 modern Mk.48 armed submarines This navy im refering to are also the world leader in ASW
there is no comparison b/w PN and IN even indian navy corvettes have more fir power than pakistan navy frigates. and yes they no destroyer in their fleet
