• 🔄 Dressing change: Replace dressings regularly, depending on the discharge of fluid or mucus.
3. Food and Diet Plan
• 🥗 Balanced diet: Focus on high-fiber foods (vegetables, fruits, whole grains) to prevent constipation.

Doctor, you are a well known surgeon in india. Actually my sister's husband had hydrocele surgery. He is saying one has to wear tight underwear always in order to avoid Hydrocele .Maybe the doctor advised him. Is it necessary to wear tight underwear daily . Normally it's discomfort . Tight inner wear could lead to other healthcare issues as well . Your advice please.

I got surgery on 6th January
For fistulectomy+ seton placement + fissurectomy+ Lateral internal Sphincterectomy it's a horrible pain. After 2 weeks they have removed 1 seton and on 4th February they said will remove another seton. For 7-10days the pain is horrible. Currently I am fine. But still difficult in sitting on bed or any chair.

Hey venky, hope you are having a speed recovery . May I know how intense is you Anal fistula? HW are your symptoms at first you diagnose?!. On which O' clock is your fistula appeared on MRI?!. Wt your doc suggested?. How was the surgery and the cost?!. I'm from Hyd. Where do you get this surgery done.
