It's pretty awesome but he takes 3 steps. That little "half step" before that Eurostep/Spin move. It's pretty close but is still say it's a travel. That said, it is insane and awesome.

I'm impressed by the amount of dunks on this list that I don't remember. I've watched a buttload of NBA in my life and when I clicked on this video I assumed VC, T-Mac, Kobe and Lebron were gonna own this...and I was right...but it was nice to see some dunks I forgot about or hadn't seen. That Carter alley-oop @0:35 is tied for best in game oop in history with Gerald Green's on the Nets. Both are just demonstrations of pure power and athleticism. Carter's is just so pretty too.
Such a difference in this 2000s nba style of play to now. It was a nice era of you had your superstars, but also lots of really good players across the league. An exciting watch from the majority of teams. But even if the team as a whole wasn’t great, chances are there was still a player you wanted to watch.
